I started with team fitness at the beginning of 2018 when a change in employment required a change in my exercise location. I came into Team fitness with some uncertainty (I'm 20-30 years younger than the average member, so I wasn't sure if the intensity would be sufficient). I have been incredibly happy with my decision to join. The other members are amazing and inspirational, as well as in result inclusive and supportive. The exercises are great, and the weights they provide give me more than enough, and the variety is excellent. To top it off this provides a venue for me to play basketball multiple times per week, which gives me the best of both worlds - full body conditioning and the sport I love to play. I can not recommend Team Fitness enough! If you're considering it, they offer a free trial so you can be confident in your decision.

Team Fitness is not your typical boot camp! Tom, Glen and Charles individualize my workouts to adjust for an old knee injury and still give me a great experience. I always look forward to seeing the rest of the participants who have become friends over the years. If you join us, you will be warmly welcomed too. Altogether a fantastic program.

An amazing way to rev up your routine and stay fit! Tom Gordon is the coach and heartbeat of this outstanding program. I have never seen a more cohesive group of people enjoy an early morning workout like this. Each day was a new selection of exercises, providing variety and challenge. Tom's assistant coaches are gems themselves, trained by the best. They gently (or not-so-gently if they know you'll respond well to it) know how to offer encouragements and corrections to make this your best effort of the day. If you work out solo, I encourage you to try 'team' fitness for the emotional and psychological support it offers - many workouts come with a group joke and welcome laughter. Thanks Tom, Glenn, Charles and Russ!

I live for this. Been doing it for 18 years, and much of my workout group have been doing it for about as long and have become great friends. New people joining and enjoying all the time. It's my key to a better day, every day!
