I has a horrible experience with the clerk at the front desk her name is "Gloria". I came in to grab gas which I have gotten there plenty of times. I PAID for the gas in store & go back out to my car. I press the number I needed and then proceeded to input the gas in. The moment I did the computer states cancelled. I then go in and inform her what had happened and she immediately told me "it's your fault because you cancelled. I told her I did not do anything to press cancel I attempted to pump my gas like a normally do. She then printed the receipt out and continued to point at the cancellation. She then told me I have to pay another transaction to get the gas. So I asked her I will be charged for both transactions and she said yes. I told her that is not fair because I did not even get the first transaction fulfilled. Isn't that illegal ? She started to get very rude and things got heated. I told her I am in health care and will be starting s 12 hour shift and she is being very combative. I then asked her if she can contact her manager so I can speak to him/her about the situation. She gave me a phone number. So I got back into my car and called the phone number on file. It kept ringing so I looked online and she gave me the store phone number. The whole time I was calling she was letting the phone ring. It was so unprofessional. So I go back inside and ask her why she would let the phone ring making me think it's the managers number and she laughed. She then called me "CRAZY" I work at Stanford and have never been so disrespected in my life. When I get to work, I informed a fellow employee and they ironically told me they had a incident with her too. That she was very rude.. I really hope a manger or a regional manger for this company looks at this review because people should never have a awful experience like this. I am very disappointed and will never use gas there again.

No reward or loyalty points for buying gas here today. Why? The store attendant said: they never had it since Shell left. She is wrong because the last time I shopped here: I entered my Loyalty Customer ID and it worked. Today it did not work. I therefore gave this station a 3 Star instead of 5 Stars for my Review today.
