Scheduled a reservation for an oil change and tire rotation. Show up and was told there's no availability even though the place was empty. Came back 2 days later to get the service. My engine oil cap was damaged (opened with a wrench) and my radiator fluid cap is missing (now there's an open hole). While I was waiting for my car to be serviced, someone called in complaining about there being damage to their car by the shop. Guy at the front desk is dismissive and standoffish. Steer away from this place.

It is funny exact same thing happened to me!
I made a reservation for last week and took the day off, he just said can’t do it without any apologies and rescheduled me to today, and I came in and the same story.
The front desk guy was the so rude and was shouting at me the whole time and not letting speak at all!
It is ridiculous.
I came home and cancelled my Groupon. I will never go there again.

This place really sucks! I made a reservation for last Saturday and came in, he just said can’t do installations without any apologies and rescheduled me to today, and I came in and the same story without any in advance call or apologies. The front desk guy was the rudest person I’ve talked with. He is with bad attitude and was standing in front of store with psycho laugh on his face when I was leaving.
If you respect yourself and your time don’t go there! I will never go there again!

This place sucks! I made a reservation last Sunday and came in on Monday, they rescheduled me to Thursday, and I came in on Thursday, they rescheduled me to Saturday, all I need is to drop the car for a couple hours. And now I came in Saturday morning, they said I can only pick up my car next Monday. They ask you make reservations, but they do not follow any reservation sequence, and staffs there are with bad attitude.

Skips was beyond amazing for me. I have an old 97’ japanese sedan with some suspicious noises coming from the front end. Decided to go in for a diagnosis to confirm my suspicion that it was a wheel bearing before ordering the part. Staff was incredibly friendly and good at communicating. I was able to get a next-day appointment and they didn’t charge me for the diagnosis! Incredibly hard to beat their professionalism and service. Thank you again skips for your time and energy. Quote for one wheel bearing was 1000 but considering how high their property taxes probably are and the cost of living here it’s hard to blame em’. Skips is the best!

Always so responsive when we have issues with our tires. I will easily consider them for auto repair as well when my car is out of warranty.

We have been coming to Skip's for many years for new tires, repairs and tire rotation and they are consistently outstanding! They are local, responsive, caring and really reasonable. We have a Tesla Y that got a nail in one of the tires, we stopped by Friday afternoon, no appointment, they repaired the tire and finished 2 hours ahead of their estimate. We really appreciated the quick turn, quality work, and the team are always super helpful and care about the work they do. They are great!

I wouldn't go anywhere else. Staff super helpful, friendly, and attentive. They regularly go above and beyond what I came in for and that service has earned my loyalty and trust.
