Satish is the best! Somehow managed to pull off a same-day preapproval letter. He is experienced working with tech employees and knows how to handle RSU complexities. He works with someone named Van who is super organized and made the closing process incredibly smooth. Overall an extremely pleasant experience! Satish Dadral and his team did an excellent job handling my mortgage with some extenuating circumstances regarding RSU income (year of no RSUs due to a short job switch) and handling multiple prior mortgages. We closed on an aggressive time schedule, got a great rate, and could not be happier with the overall process. I talked to a few other places, but he provided the most sensible process for a couple who work in tech with RSU income and job switches.

Satish and his team took the best care of me during my 2 mortgages. Getting a mortgage is a painful process, but they were courteous and professional the entire time.They are a no pressure establishment. When I bought my first house, I tried to go with them, but the rate they could offer wasn't the best, but they didn't try to pressure me to go with them with sales tactics or anything like that (which other brokers did). During my second mortgage, they were able to get me the lower rate, so I went with them.I'm really glad I did go with them on the second round... rates were increasing on what seemed like a daily basis. Once my seller approved my offer, I emailed them late that night just as an FYI that I wanted to move forward. Well, Satish and I talked at 5am the next morning to lock in my rate. That's the dedication Satish's team has to their clients.

Satish has helped a majority of my clients close on time or sooner in our highly competitive market. He has saved two of my buyers' transactions from being cancelled, because he and his team go beyond to get the files approved when other lenders cannot. We closed our loan with Satish Dadral at Wells Fargo….and we had one of our best experiences.Wells Fargo requires a minimum of 25% downpayment….and this was the primary reason I was a bit hesitant about moving forward with them. I had spoken to couple of agents from Wells Fargo before approaching Satish.…and all of them were very particular about the 25%. However, Satish suggested an option through which I might get an exception for 20% downpayment. And most importantly, he fought my case till the very end and got me that exception! And all this was done in less than a couple of weeks.This just goes to say that Satish is one of the most knowledgeable persons out there in his field….and would do whatever it takes in his capability to help you with your loan application.
