I found this place to be a hidden gem. Although their clothing and shoes are geared more towards the style of a mature women, whats i. Their glass case seems to be their real hidden treasure. Most of their LV bags are almost brand new, all authentic, and selling at a decent price. On certain days they offer extra discounts. Those are the days you want to go in and visit. They have a wide selection of designer bags. And the inventory is always changing. I like to stop at least a few times a month just to check out what they have. There is limited parking, however if you drive around to the back there is plenty of spaces to choose from.

I had a truly upsetting interaction with one of the cashiers there, Christy Drexel was her name I believe. She made me feel undervalued and not worthy of her time. That is no way to treat a customer. I will not be coming back. You should teach your employees some manners. Sad, really.

Christy Drexel is the absolute worst! Terrible customer service and just a mean old lady! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!!

I seriously had a blast shopping here. My style has changed since turning 40. I've been going for more of a minimalistic look. Simple designs and comfortable. So, for those spring chickens out there, this might not be your forte. Round Robin is located in the cute downtown of Los Altos. Never been here before, because I don't usually walk this direction for some reason. One day I did and was like what is this place? So glad I was curious enough to find out. They have sale racks, and two sale rooms inside. Two changing rooms. I didn't ask about the jewelry, mainly because I'm doing well in that department. Walked away with some items that I was very excited to wear. Already worn some less than a week from when purchased. They accept cash, credit and lay away payment. The lady working the day I went was such a kind lady, felt like I could talk to her for hours. One day I'll be back and ready to shop some more.

Cool store with lots of vintage, coats, and formalwear. Pretty good jewelry selection (sterling silver, beads, etc). 2 back rooms with 70% off items (you'll want the 70% off, because stuff here is priced pretty high)! I like that this is the only Los Altos Main St secondhand shop that actually has a lot of stuff, unlike most of them which are oddly empty. Many mid tier designer brands, like Salvatore Ferragamo and Stuart Weitzman

So, I just called this place asking about consignment. The guy says they’re really only looking for jewelry or purses unless it’s high end. So I commence to tell him we have St. John, I didn’t get to my other goodies because he says “St. John, used to be high end we don’t get people looking for that except old ladies” I couldn’t keep from laughing because your website has St. John, Max Azria, which is sold in TJ Maxx, Ross, Marshall’s and the likes. Had he not been so rude I could have told him I have Prada, Burberry, Mui Mui and LV, but nah I will definitely pass. Who in this business thinks Max Azria is “high end?Next, time man listen to what a person says before you call yourself being “high end” because I know for a fact you couldn’t be. I definitely wouldn’t consider YOUR attitude “high end”.

Eclectic mix of merchandise. Some vintage and prices fluctuate from reasonable to not so reasonable. Interesting jewelry selection including a $1,000 Tahitian black pearl necklace one wouldn't expect in a consignment store. Overall an interesting place to visit.

We recently had a very unpleasant experience at Round Robin, which used to be my family's favorite second-hand store; my mother even worked there decades ago. However, they now seem to have developed a bit of an attitude. We brought in some items for possible consignment, and a very nice employee named Nadine reviewed each item and accepted 14 of them. When we returned 3 months later to pick up what didn't sell, we met with the manager, Kelly, who told us that we shouldn't have worked with Nadine, nor should Nadine have taken so many items. She then criticized the brand names that we brought in and spoke to us in a condescending way! We left with the feeling that we should never visit Round Robin again.

We were driving by and decided to give it a try for lunch. It's nothing fancy, but man oh man the food is good. Hot sauce is homemade and spicey, the way we like it, and the oxtail is killer. I never tried oxtail up until then, and the rice and veggies on the side makes it yum, yum, yum, scrumptious!

I only visited this place two or three times. First time the lady at the cashier was nice and seemed in control, but last time I went in, just a week ago, she seemed a little confused, could not do the math and it took her a long time to figure out how to charge me. I felt I needed to guide her about how much each item cost and how to write it down. Eventually she said she would not sell the 2 items to me. The strangest experience I've had in a long time.
