My family used to go to Joe Reitmeir (and his son Jeff) for my mom’s Mercedes and my dad’s BMW in the 90s and the early 2000s. I haven’t gone there till just recently as I just purchased an older Porsche. I am happy to see Jeff has taken over from Joe and he is exceptional! He has his son Curtis working there too. They were courteous and helped me with my Pre-Purchase Inspection which was pricey but they did a good job. I’d go here again.

Professional and efficient shop. They don't have much parking but they are managing to take care of the cars.

Wow, horrible work..... I was willing to eat the$675, as they did do the work. But the window would notroll up and chrome now had scratches in it.I called and was trying to explain and essentially was told:I don't believe you and I think you are trying to get money from us.Ok, I am stopping the check. Taking the car window to be repairedand what that costs me, I will deduct from payment of $675....I ALWAYS PAY MY BILLS..... but this time being told "I do not believe you"Good LuckIII

The only place in town able to fix a punctured tire on a car with a center lock rather than the more typical multiple bolts that hold a car wheel.

My oil was low in my Cayenne and I didn't have time to head all the way to the dealer, so I stopped in. Kane was super helpful and helped me out on the spot--and topped off my oil to tide me over. Thank you so much. I appreciated the nice service.

* Charged for time but not for actual work done. Everything was "Best Effort" --- i.e., "looks like things are fine for now, if it persist, just bring it to dealership." Issue reappeared in less than 24 hours. * They broke a part and glued it back --- found when I was understanding what was done and saw a lot of adhesive in one of the removable lids under the door trim. * Jeff R will likely reach out and ask to bring back to shop --- no way -- you already caused enough damage.
