Contacted them for a simple service call. We wanted to purchase two new powerview pebbles and have them programed. They claim to be Hunter Douglas authorized dealers but ONLY provide service for installations they've performed.

It really pays to do business with a company that is family owned.If you are thinking of getting new or replacement window treatments, I would strongly recommend Rebarts. Bart is extremely helpful and personable when evaluating your needs. There is customer service is remarkable. I had a problem with my electric blind opener. I was able to contact my installer, Jesus, who patiently walked me through the sequence to restart my remote. Rather than having to endure a service call, my problem was solved by a 10 minute phone call. Jesus made sure that my problem was solved before getting off the phone. This a company that really believes in customer service.
