It's been my pleasure to be a Preziosi customer for at least twenty years. I've purchased watches, replacement wedding rings, other jewelry, watch maintenance services and some custom jewelry. Great service. Reasonable prices. A first rate experience. I'm looking forward to working with the family team at Preziosi for many years to come.

Their amazing Italian goldsmith reconstructed my wedding band. The original gold had wore away and a diamond fell out. Their goldsmith matched the other diamonds and rebuilt the wedding band. It’s now much more beautiful than before! Their goldsmith is on site and you can work with him directly to ensure your jewelry comes out just the way you want it.

I went in today to get my 100 year old, still working, Omega watch fixed after having dropped it resulting in the hour hand to dislodge. I've never been to Preziosi before, but what a CLASS ACT, friendly, family owned business. They fixed the watch in no time for a beyond reasonable price. Highly recommended. I will be back for any jewelry or timepiece needs.

Gianluca is a true goldsmith ~ it's almost impossible to find one in our area. He can create wonderful pieces from scratch or redesign pieces for you. He did a perfect work for our family!

Preziosi is a completely trustworthy, family-owned business that does fantastic, careful work. Gianluca and his family will take good care of your jewelry. Over the last 20 years, I have often gotten appraisals, repairs, and resizings done with Preziosi and always been extremely happy with the results. Highly recommended!

I would like to start by stating that Preziosi is a family owned business and the owners are known members of the community. If you are considering getting jewelry repaired or purchasing a piece that he has in stock, this shop is a great option and I have had numerous positive experiences. With that being said, a recent experience involving a custom ring left me incredibly disappointed and frustrated. After a month of working with Gianluca to solidify the ring I wanted (using family diamonds), I felt like Gianluca was inconsistent and not on top of what we had discussed and what we had agreed on. He did not take any notes about our discussions, and each time I visited I had to remind him of what had been previously discussed. This included aspects of the project such as the diamond size, ring layout, and price. During my most recent visit he drastically increased the cost of the ring from what he had previously quoted. Based on his lack of action, I felt like he was just stringing me along and didn't actually want the project. If he had said 2 months ago that he was too busy or didn't have the time to create my custom ring, that would have been fine and I could have found another jeweler in time. Instead, he strung me along, promising me a 3d model and more by the time I left for vacation, none of which happened. If you are searching for a standard ring, piece of jewelry, or need a repair done, Preziosi is a good option. However, if you are looking for a custom piece of jewelry or something unique that would have to be ordered or adjusted, I do not recommend them at this time.

Had my grandfathers wedding ring resized for myself at Preziosi and I'm glad I finally went! Gian, the owner, was very accommodating and explained the process in great detail. I was going up three sizes and didn't even know if he could do it. Gian is very good at his trade and assured me it would be perfect! He was right! He totally had to cut the ring and add more gold but I couldn't even tell where he did that! His craftsmanship is impeccable...not only was the work absolutely perfect he was very reasonable with his pricing! I took a look around at the shop when I was there and he has an amazing selection of jewelry, Definitely coming back! Thank you Gian!

Wifey needed her watch battery replace. We stopped in at Preziosi’s , knocked on the door and we were buzzed in. The owner is super nice, replaced the battery in no time flat, and set the time for her. $15 charge.Preziosi sells quality jewelry ranging from approximately $1,000 to, high end exceeding $49,000 Sorry out of respect for the owner I chose not to take pictures of the inside.
