“My husband and I came to Tuxedo Wearhouse last weekend to get my dress altered for an event next month, absolutely loved coming to check out all of the styles they have to offer. He did already have a suit, so he didn't need to rent from them, but I did need alterations to get my evening dress fitting the way I wanted. Amy helped me and not only was she very attentive to my concerns, but she also explained how she would alter my dress to fit correctly! My husband and I are so happy to have stumbled upon Tuxedo Wearhouse and of course AMY! Thank you Amy, we really appreciate your attention to detail! Next time we are looking for a new suit or tuxedo we will most definitely be back!”

“Vuori is one of luxury activewears competing with other two brands in Stanford shopping center. Cannot say whose product quality is the best, but definitely Vuori’s sales associate is on the top in terms of customer services.I visited Vuori several times. The staff is always friendly, showed willing to help, but not aggressive and pushy. One of the recent visits, I tried to find an item that’s sold out from online. I showed the item to one of the staff Noah. There was no inventory at store as expected. However, Noah was going beyond and called both Santana Row and SF stores. Eventually I am able to get the item which I didn’t hold much hope before visiting. Kudos Noah!Afterall, Vuori’s DreamKnits is super comfortable and definitely will go back to purchase more”
“It's a club you don't need to join - anyone can walk in off the street and start shopping. They have a wide selection of shoe types and styles - from steel toe work boots to Air Force Ones. If you need hard to find shoe accessories (like crease protectors), then you can find them here. In addition to shoes they sell team logoed hats and Jackets. And the staff is helpful and friendly.”

“A huge store, essentially a warehouse of unsold goods. There are (or rather, you can find) very good goods at low prices, although you need to have time for this.”
“This was fun. Blondie and I stopped by to just look around. I'm not in a position to shop here, except for something special perhaps. On the first floor is the cologne/perfume area, and I looked for a Dolce & Gabbana area, which they don't have. When I asked someone, I got attention from three people who were eager for me to try some exclusive brand that NM carries. We started talking about cologne scents like others discuss wine, which was new for me. Do I like citrus, or something a bit astringent? I didn't even know how to answer, but they had plenty of options for me to try. They handed me a glass of champagne, and even offered a second, which I declined. I took a look at the third floor restaurant and bar, because I was more likely to eat there than shop much elsewhere in the store. The menu looked casual impressive. Again, I really enjoy looking around a NM, regardless of whether I get anything.”

“Love this store! Jacob was superhelpful in helping me find a great business suit! He went out of his way to help me find shoes similar to what I'd pair with the suit to get a better feel of how it would look put together. The tailor, Mr.Said, took careful measurements and voila the suit was ready in a couple weeks! And Peter today helped me pick it up. (And he may have a second career as a Yelp cinematographer!) Super gracious! Zegna never disappoints! Been here before and now back again!”
“When there are specials and discounts, you can really find bargains. You can accumulate points when you join the membership and you can get a discount of 1 yuan for every 100 points. If you use the above discounts together, you can buy a pair of pants for less than 5 yuan. Very good deal. The quality is pretty good. “I recently had such a good experience with this Hot Topic. I've come to this location a few times the last couple of years and it's changed so much! For starters, the team's customer service skills are great! I also had some $5 coupons that one of the workers (Alex if I remember correctly?) checked my account for, thank you! The 2 cashiers were so nice and friendly to my kids, who are whining about going back already This is probably the best I've seen this store run in a few years, so kudos to Newparks Hot topic!
