Very rude customer service. The man has me waiting here 10 minutes and he is pressing the buttons while stopping the pump. then he started staring at my backside. I felt he was molesting me with his eyes, and he kept staring at me and looking at me the entire time.

Totally dishonest and untrustworthy!! I had my car inspected yesterday and was told it would cost $750 to change the brakes. Today, I pick up my car and the bill came out to around $1,500!!!! They said it's because he quoted only the front brakes over the phone . . .ummmm, why only tell me the quote for the front brakes when you told me I needed to replace ALL of them over the phone? Basically, I was left utterly embarassed when I was given the bill. I didn't know how to react. When asked for a discount as I was obviously misled, he said he would take $25 off (really???!). Then said he would take 5% off but was really RUDE about it? Umm, the bill DOUBLED compared to their quote over the phone! When I had to tell my husband that it was the SAME price as the Mercedes dealership had quoted, I felt terrible. At least through Mercedes, I would have gotten extra benefits like loaner car etc. I've read reports that said Women get ripped off when seeing mechanics by an average of 20% . . .I guess I must also have a face that looks like I can be taken advantage of. Thought I would support Local . . .what a BIG mistake. Last time I ever take any of my cars here!!

This use to be my go to place for gas. Convenient and friendly people. Unfortunately when the owner replaced his pumps, he put in the the most annoying ones. Slow payment processing and pump time. Other stations are using NFC enabled pumps so I can use my Apple Watch to pay. This prevents card cloners from being used on pumps. Won’t be getting gas here anymore.

I'm writing this review as a gas customer. I literally just left this place and I'll never come back! 1st off the old man doesn't wear any mask or have any form of glass for protection from covid. 2nd he acknowledged having a mask but he refused to wear one helping me. 3rd when im purchasing a form of tobacco product i understand you need to see my ID but you do not need to touch it!! Everything right now is touch less. When I asked him to not touch it and scan it to confirm im over 18 in which I am. Im actually 28 he decided to throw a fit and refused to sell me anything because he couldnt hold the ID. He proceeded to go to the back of the auto shop n continue eating!!!! Never come here. Don't waist trying to give your money to people who don't even care about their general publics health.

Well, well, well if it isn't the place that robbed me out of thousands of dollars. Brought my car here consistently for a few years bc I worked nearby. Convenience factor. The guy working the cashier always seemed stoned and I mean it's my fault for going to a gas station mechanic, right? Anyway, having my Toyota looked at today by a new mechanic, and they listed so many problems the last mechanics created and exacerbated such as proper lubrication, breaking plastic parts inside my vehicle, etc. what bothers me most is how expensive services were and you do not get a detailed breakdown report if services like I do at my new mechanic. Save yourself the money and potential future car problems and NEVER bring your car here for service or their overpriced fuel either.

One of the better gas stations we have locally. Prices for gas are typically quite high in the Mountain View/Los Altos area. Most of the time this station, in downtown Los Altos, will be at least a dime less than other local stations. I try to use a route that goes by there on my way to the freeway when I know I need gas. Nice snack shop. Friendly staff. I have never used their auto repair services so I can't speak to that. We all gotta gas up.....I'll see ya soon 76!
