Doctor Withers has been my physician for about 10 years. She has encouraged me to eat healthy foods, regular exercises and be happy to stay healthy. She always listens and communicates well with me. She is a true professional. She also encourages to improve body immunity and do natural healing methods.

If there were a lower rating, that’s what she deserves. I had to take my mother to get some work done for immigration and since the first appointment the “Doctor” was extremely rude. I don’t know how she is still in business. She does not look for a solution and seems to “always be right” just because she says she is a “doctor”. Our lawyer spoke to her and let her know we needed a specific form filled out because that’s is what immigration was asking for and she refused to fill it out. We technically paid her for her to do what she wanted. We will definitely be filing a complaint with the business bureau because she is extremely unprofessional. To tell you this much… she gave us copies of a different person which had ALL their personal information on. But she never is wrong because she’s a doctor, right? If you were referred to go here please do not. Please reconsider this place and take your money elsewhere. This lady will not help you. She will just take your money.

never ever meet such an extremely rude and mean, terrible horrible doctor like this.
SHE IS LITERALLY A BULLY who has ZERO kind, nice, patient, gentle.
I drove 40mins come for my immigration checkup. without any normal greeting thing, She started inpatiently and accused me not prepared with all the vaccines record which I am gonna do it tomorrow. She was even complained in front of me saying me crazy while I was filing the patient form which totally piss me off.
I never feel so humiliated and fuming ever since I came to this country. This is racist, but the most funny thing she is such a pathetic racist against her own race. I still did not get where this woman all these hate, unbelievable mean, rude, impatience come from? And how this kind horrible person can be a doctor?? ? ? We just meet literally less than 5 minutes.
This was my first experience of being treated extremely rudely as soon as I walked in the door. She is a terrible person. Contempt, contempt, indifference and impatience throughout. When he saw me, he shook his head and frowned, saying that I wasn't prepared, and muttering something like "you're crazy."
I was really angry and cried. This is the first time I was hated like this for no reason in the United States.
If you are looking for an immigrant doctor, this is the worst option in the United States and possibly the world. She definitely doesn't deserve to be a doctor.

Called to reschedule an appointment for immigration medical exam and was told “I don’t have time right now.” I missed the initial appointment because they emailed me saying you need to bring the forms and fill them out which is what they’d be charging me to do.

Doctor Withers helped me with my immigration medical exam. She completed the exam and documents within only 30min and reused my old records when the lab nurse (from Quest) made a mistake. This saves me a lot of time.

Dr. Withers has good attention to detail. She assess some of my conditions for possible thyroid problem but was able to observed an unstated one: my thinning hair. I appreciate her no-fluff. She straight with you if you are straight with her. I read through other reviews that have complaints: she does have that vibe that she had traditional Chinese disciplinarian childhood when things in China was rough, much like my parents haha. Nevertheless, what's important to me is that she has good attention to detail and is knowledgeable.

We saw Dr Withers to have some stitches removed from my daughter's chin. The doctor was very gentle, kind, and patient, which we really appreciated. She explained everything she was doing and showed concern whether my daughter was in pain or anxious about what was going on. A couple of the stitches were a little healed over, but she took her time and again was very gentle in the process. It all went well/smooth, and we wouldn't hesitate to come back again.

Dr Withers is a great doctor. She's an old school style family doctor who genuinely cares about you and your complete well-being. If you want somebody who's gonna pat you on the butt, tell you you're great, and give you whatever prescriptions you want, she isn't the doctor for you. If, on the other hand, you want somebody who's focused on you getting better and being healthy, Dr. Withers is the kind of doctor you want.

I saw Dr. Withers from 2015 to 2018. At first I found her to be a great doctor very kind and caring. She listened well and didn't make me feel rushed. In 2018 when I started to get a cold sore, I called Dr. Withers to fill a prescription that I've had for 20 years and she refused because I was a few months overdue for my annual visit. She would not fill the prescription until I came in for a visit. Anyone who has dealt with cold sores knows that medication to prevent them is time sensitive (max 72 hours, best if immediate) and I felt this was a cruel way to handle the situation. She told me I was trying to abuse the medicine that I was asking for, said that she would make an exception and that she called it in. When I went to the pharmacy it had not been called in. Ultimately I had to call my doctor back in Boston to get the prescription: despite having moved away, I had no issue there. Since then I have not gone back to Dr. Withers because I don't trust that she has my health at interest unless she's gotten her money.

Dr. June has been our family doctor over 18 years, she always holds high standard as a doctor, and cares of her patient's actual health personally instead of just prescribing to patient what they wanted. She kept a good track of patient's health records to check for chronic conditions that needed attention and would notify you when it is time for regulatory checkups. She knows a wide range of good specialists in the area she can refer you when specialize diagnosis is needed. She also willing to make time to see you in short notice if you are not feeling well but not bad enough to run to ER. We have stayed under her care for so long because we trusted her decisions as we know we are in a good hand.

Bad! 1. Unwilling to explain. I went to her office to get my annual check, came back with a few abnormal values on my results. I called her back immediately and asked her how severe my results were and how urgent I needed to take care of- instead of answering my questions, all she told me was " idk, set up a follow-up exam, thank you, bye" and hang up on me. 2. Wrong charge After a few weeks of my annual check, I received a bill from my insurance company and the charge looked wrong. I called my insurance company and they told me the fee is covered by my insurance and I should not get charged; but the doctor put the wrong code, and I needed to tell the doctor to change the code. I called the doctor and explained that she put the wrong code, she got mad at me and insisted that the charge is so miscellaneous and I should just pay!
