Business is unresponsive and unprofessional. Items aren’t in stock and they just order from the manufacturer when you place an order, so they are essentially just a middle man. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy going through the fraud reporting process with your credit card company.

Cooks Junction is apparently closed but will still take orders online and charge you for products they have no intention on selling. I made a purchase, got an order confirmation email, my credit card was charged then nothing. No response to emails, voice mails, wont pick up the phone. I filed a fraud report on my credit card. Apparently, im not the only victim to this theft.

They’re still selling items they don’t have in stock. Haven’t been able to get any response via phone or multiple emails. Trying to cancel now, but no response on that either. Thankfully I put in on my credit card so I can easily dispute. Figured I’d give them the chance before they get stuck with the returned credit fee, but I guess not ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This is a wonderful shop. Over many years I've outfitted my kitchen almost exclusively from Cooks Junction. They only stock high quality items.

"Lost their lease" closing sale going on as of May 28, 2023. Most things seem to be about 10-20% off.

5/10/23 Unfortunately they're closing and they have discounts for clearing their inventory. I was told that their last day is sometime in the summer. Lots of high end quality stuff. I got a 14" steel wok and an oyster knife. The clerk was very friendly and helpful. Go there soon before they close.

I had ordered my product in December 2022 and now its March 2023. I still didnt receive the product. They kept on telling me that the product is on back order and will be shipped shortly by Breville. First i got time line for Jan 2nd last week and then slowly the time started moving for the shipment to arrive.Now the next excuse (Feb End) they had was to tell me that the shipment was dispatched and is reaching. Over two weeks and it never reached from a warehouse within California itself.Now i have been calling to cancel my order several times but they havent been responsive to pick up my call or respond to emails.I also read into other reviews and noticed that many other folks have had to go through the exact same process. What dubious ways of dealing with people. I strongly suggest to refrain dealing with such a business.

Never order from Cooks Junction. We placed an order at the end of December and still have not received it (mid-March). We received many excuses as to why the item isn’t in their stock yet. We canceled our order. Very disappointing.

I wish I had read these reviews before I placed an order. Like many other reviewers I placed an order before the Christmas holidays and it was a good deal (though not better than other Black Friday deals for the same item). It’s been over two months and the item still hasn’t come. The worst part is they’re very defensive and seem to think this type of customer service and delay is normal — no email updates, and every time I call I’m told I should receive it in the next week. If I don’t get it in the next week I’m going to try to cancel the order and get a refund. Either way, I will absolutely never order from here ever again.

I ordered an espresso machine about a week before Christmas. The tracking number was emailed within a few days and it arrived before Christmas. It also came with a handwritten note from the company. Was glad to support a small business and received excellent and quick service!

It was my very first experience at Cooks' Junction. My friend and I were treated like precious customers despite the fact that we purchased only a few inexpensive items. The staff who helped us carefully packaged the glass teacups that we found. Although they were inexpensive items, those glass tea cups meant a lot for us especially because we originally found them online and decided to see if we like them by visiting the store. We were very pleased with our experiences with the products and services. We definitely left the store feeling very very good. Thank you very much!

BE WARNED! Avoid ordering on-line from this Business. They accept orders and accept your $$$ yet do not deliver the items ordered. It took me almost 3 months to gain my $550 back from Cooks' Junction when they never delivered the items ordered. They never answer the phone and do not return phone calls when messages left. They do not answer countless e-mails and their on-line Site has a chat function. which simply says leave a message. It almost seems like a scam business honestly so be warned! I am still in the process of seeking my refund and they seem now to only respond when my Banking Institution became directly involved. BE WARNED!

I thought I was supporting a small business - now I am worried I lost money to an online scam.I ordered my wife a Christmas present on Black Friday. This was the one big thing I was going to get her. Before I made my purchase, I spoke with someone on the website who told me the item was in their stock and would ship immediately. I STILL haven’t received it. It has been almost three months since I place my order online.They have ignored almost all of my emails. They have responded once or twice saying things like the suppliers office was closed for a week, or we’ll send it right out, or maybe we can find the item in some inventory they have. Every time I call the store, the “online” person “isn’t there” so they won’t help me.But mostly they just ignore my emails until I threaten to ask my credit card company to help. Then they reply and tell me they’ll get right on it. But they still haven’t shipped my order.Maybe they fulfill some orders, but my experience has felt like the classic online website scam.I would 100% never purchase anything here again. This experience has been horrendous.Edit:I think this review finally got their attention. After ~3 months, I finally received my order.Edit 2:I am not happy that the owner of the business decided to publish information about where I live. Perhaps their intention was to just share that they did ship a part of my order earlier, but to me, that feels like retaliation for my review.

I have placed an online order expecting it was in stock because it was not identified otherwise. I have made multiple attempts to contact Cooks Junction via chat and repeated emails but have not received any communication except from an automated robotic system that cannot answer my question. My bank account has been debited for the product but have yet to receive a shipping date or status. With the lack of response from the business I am afraid this is a scam site or they simply have no customer service.
