Dr. Echerd is the best. No pressure on treatments. He is so gentle with our cats. The staff absolutely adore animals - they shower lots of attention on our cats when we come here.

There are no tables at least for big dogs, they get down on the floor with the animals. We didn't feel rushed, and were given options. He also explains things in an easy to understand way!
