We were able to find our dream home with the help of Emily. Throughout the entire process, she made us feel incredibly comfortable and supported. We were referred to Emily by a friend and we were instantly impressed with Emily at our first meeting. Our recent home purchase was not our first but Emily was by far, the best agent we've had. She is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market, super responsive to our endless questions, and meticulous in reviewing every step of the purchasing process from the purchase contract to our final settlement documents. She was quick to point out details that we missed in the pile of documents that we had to review and sign.Throughout the home purchasing process, Emily was always calm and patient and checked in often to make sure we were comfortable with the decisions we made along the way. She made what could have been a very stressful process much more manageable. In the end, Emily found us our forever home. We are already planning to have Emily help us sell our current home. She is simply the best.

We bought our new home with Emily recently and it was such a great experience. Emily is very nice and easy to communicate in the whole process. She had sharp eyes about the market and we trusted her judgement. It was a super competitive market back then and we were bidding with over 20 buyers for the house. We thought it was small chance that we can beat other buyers. But Emily helped us submitted offer at a very reasonable price that we didn't overpay for our dream house at all. I would definitely recommend Emily to our friends or home buyers because I know she's the one you can trust.

Emily was our realtor for buying a new house in a hot market and selling our old home in a down market. Throughout both processes, she was knowledgeable, honest, responsive, patient, detail-oriented, and creative (cookies in the shape of our old house - brilliant and charming!) Her connections in all the home repair trades and mortgage lending were super useful. Every transaction went smoothly and quickly. Most of all, we felt that she truly cared about helping us land in the perfect place -- not just as a professional, but as a good and warm-hearted person.

Real Estate can be very complex and confusing (at least for me), so I’m glad that the role of “Real Estate Agent” was created. I’m definitely not good at research, reading contracts/disclosures, communicating, negotiations, etc. when it comes to real estate (in other words, I wouldn’t know how to get a house on my own … even if one was given to me), so I needed a good agent to represent me and my family. Therefore, I’m very happy to say that Emily was that great agent. She is excellent in handling all the things listed above and she does them proactively and efficiently (which is also good for me because I’m generally not very proactive … or efficient). We really appreciate that she goes above and beyond without being asked … especially with all the negotiations, follow-up work, and routine updates. The very notion of house shopping in this insane Bay Area market scared me … but due to her hard work ethics, the results speak for themselves (ie: new home for family and satisfied customer). With her calm and positive demeanor, she really did a good job at keeping us sane in this crazy market. I can’t praise her highly enough, she did an outstanding job.

2 Homes, 200k+ over listing each. Emily is a wonderful wonderful person to work with. Here are some of the things I love about Emily:· She was very organized and helpful. Our homes was renovated, cleaned, staged and looked amazing.· She was very focus in understanding our challenges and provided us great advices/solutions.· She accurately measure the buyers and the market resulting in the best prices for our homes. For our Camden home, we received a preemptive offer $202k over listing and we were thrilled. Emily thought that we should not take the offer and have an open home. We followed her advice and ended up getting an additional $19k. That $19k paid for our trip to Japan. Thank you Emily!· Amazing problem solving/negotiation skill. When our Sunnyvale home was pending there was a break in resulting in the buyer backed out of the deal. Emily help filed the police report and immediately negotiated 4 new offers for us. We ended up selling the home $203k over listing.· She took care of us every step of the way and the experience was fun for both my wife and I.· My favorite thing about Emily is that she is a wonderful wonderful person to work or chat with.

It was a pleasure working with Emily. As first-time home buyers, my wife and I didn’t know much about things. But Emily has always been very patient and explained everything in detail from mortgage to closing on a house. Reading disclosures and making offers on houses have always been a stress-free process for us because we know that Emily has our back. We’re really lucky to have met and be able to work with Emily.
