In this market Worst behavior for some employees especially some people in cashout section . They behaves very cheap , they are treating with customers good and they treating with third party shoppers they behaviour is too worst . This is not good , if your working with some particular company you need to maintain some rules and respects with others . Not only me so many shoppers and dashers facing this issues in this particular store . Please management take action about this one ?

We all had to learn to be so patient about slow or inefficient customer service during the pandemic that I was almost shocked to receive absolutely top-notch customer service from Marcus about upgrading my Thanksgiving Dinner order. Thank you, Marcus!!!

While Draeger's is assuredly on the expensive end of the spectrum, it has some of the best food selection on the Peninsula. From the best of meats, poultry, and produce to a wide selection of staples not available elsewhere, it offers those who enjoy cooking and good food the opportunity to create first rate meals at home. The staff is always helpful and attentive to the needs of its customers. Worth the 20" weekly drive.

I love Dragers market in beautiful Los Altos . Good selection of stuff.I love their Deli and bakery.The employees here are really nice .

This review is for their cakes. We get birthday cakes here for every member of our family annually. Our favorite is THE chocolate cake with chocolate fudge frosting. You can't get any better chocolates e cakes around here. Carrot cake with cream cheese frosting is a close second, followed by the lemon cake with buttercream frosting. Price is quite reasonable considering the quality.

I often wonder Draeger's can stay in business with these prices. Stopped by to buy a rotisserie chicken at $17.99, where the organic (which this was not) sells at 12.99 at Whole Foods and it tastes much fresher (stamped with time it was packed as well as the day). This tasted like it had sat under the lights for hours, beyond overcooked. The prices are just not competitive with nearby stores like Whole Foods (not even including Safeway). Produce quality is marginally better than Whole Food, but the hot food is inferior. Cheeses are also shockingly more expensive than others (for exact same cheese).

Very nice people, good coffee and bakery, and best cheesecake ever, back and soft macarons, I always buy cakes for all celebrations in this shop. Highly recommend☝️

They have a wonderful selection of foods and party supplies. Lots of special treats from around the world. We discovered items that you can't find anywhere else, like salt and vinegar popcorn. The store is extremely clean and very organized. Friendly staff.

Draeger's Market in Los Altos is a culinary paradise! The store offers a vast selection of high-quality food options, making it easy to find something to suit every palate. The festive atmosphere makes shopping a delightful experience, and the store is always clean and well-maintained. The pastries are particularly outstanding - freshly baked and bursting with flavor! The deli and prepared food to-go section is incredibly inviting, and although I haven't tried them yet, they look amazing. With so much to explore and savor, Draeger's Market is a true treasure trove of culinary delights. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area who loves good food and an excellent shopping experience.
