Really bad experience with Natalie & Mayra, we lost money and time, as they don’t even investigate about the property we were going to purchase.The worst part was that they were trying to charge us the lender fee without authorization.I will recommend not just go with the best lender rate and instead look for the best service.Really bad experience !!

Had a request for employment information from a E Jauregui at this company - this lady was very rude, unprofessional and she is a bully. She made multiple phone calls to us (she told my boss that she would pray for her, after not getting what she wanted) and our client to get the information, even after she had been told it was sent. Very unprofessional outfit - go elsewhere, no shortage of funding companies to choose from.

We worked with Dan Divine to refinance our house. Dan got us a very low rate during the COVID-19 lockdown. He was able to help navigate us through the whole process during the lockdown restrictions with great attention to detail, quick response times, and he patiently answered all our questions over the phone and online. Dan was tremendously helpful to us when we bought our first house in Spring 2019. He took us through every step of the process. Connie has been wonderful to work with doing both our initial purchase and our refinance. She even reached out to us, unprompted, when interest rates were at their lowest to start the refinance process, saving us hundreds of dollars a month. Nancy Simons is incredible at what she does. Every step of our multiple refinances were handled professionally and with our personally needs being met. I worked with Dan Divine to refinance my house. Every time I had a question, Dan would respond immediately via email and phone. He was patient in explaining anything I did not understand and laid out all my options. Dan was also successful in negotiating a very low rate, which I did not think was possible. When the loan was being finalized, the Covid19 crisis hit. Notaries were hard to come by, but due to Dan's good relationship with the escrow person who in turn also has a good relationship with the notary, I was able to get all my papers signed and notarized.

Nancy Simon is first class!! She helped us with our first home purchase a few years back and was very professional guiding us through the intrusion paper work process and she kept me from me from losing it more then once. Then about a month ago went interest rates took a dip she called us and informed me that it was a good time refi and reduce our interest rate. The process could not have gone smoother, she took 3/4% off our rate, got rid of our PMI and helped lower our monthly mortgage payment. 5 stars for Nancy, I highly suggest working with her on your next home buy or refi.

We just worked with Dan Divine at Diversified Capital Funding on finding a mortgage for our first home purchase. Throughout the process, Dan has been thorough, prompt in his responses, and professional. He communicated with us very clearly about what information we needed to provide at each stage from prequalification through preapproval and finally the real loan application. Even now after our escrow has closed, Dan is still very reachable and happy to help answer any questions we have. We worked with the amazing Connie Chronis with the purchase of our beautiful new home. We closed escrow October 2018 and it went so smoothly because of Connie and Tom Martin, our agent with Sotheby's of Los Altos. They both were on top of their game! Connie made us feel so confident with the purchase of our home and guided us every step of the way with the loan....and the right loan for us.
