Discount cigarettes is just down the block from me and I had never been in there before I wanted a lottery ticket for the big draw. It was really cool inside with lots of paraphinellia that reminded me of a head shop from the 60's. Incredible selection of insence and nice helpful staff.Unfortunately, I didn't win the lottery the time (or any other time)

Love this store and want to keep coming here, but if they keep on being late every day I come, I’ll have to find a new place. The door says open at 10 and Every time I come, I’m sitting in my car waiting in my car for 30 min because whoever is opening up is ALWAYS at least 15-20 minutes late. And today it’s 30 minutes late. Get someone in here who can open on time please.

I really like this store. It is how discount smoke shops should be run. Discount for certain brands available. The employees are helpful and considerate. I think this store is going to be a top choice for everybody and for a long time.

Best cigar shop in Los Altos! Sadly the day after this post is made they are banning menthols and flavored vapes. I really like this place they have good deals on cigarettes and vapes. I hope they can continue to stay in business after the flavored tobacco ban takes effect. My dad introduced to me this place on my 21st birthday and I have been going to it ever since. The owner is a really nice guy and helped me get my menthol fix when selling them was legal.

Friendly owner, wide selection of cigars, and Zippo butane to boot! Prices for the items I purchased seemed to be fair market value so I didn't see any "discount".

The man minding the store was very friendly and helpful. Even though the store was very expensive it is one of the only stores around that sells the brand of tobacco that I like. Even at twice the price that I am used to paying, I stiil end up saving more than anyone should ever spend on tobacco. 11$/per pack is crazy. Rolling your own costs maybe 2$ or even less and you get to control what's in them. Moral of the story, just don't smoke tobacco, it's ridiculously expensive.

Quick, friendly service, convenient location. Was looking for a Flum Float and they had a bunch of flavors. Cost about $26, which is in line with what I would expect to pay for one at a shop located in Los Altos.
