Extremely pleased with the entire process of creating an engagement ring for my fiancé with Paul. He walked me through the entire process and was extremely responsive and timely. He showed me a number of diamonds until I found an absolute GEM, pun intended, that fit perfectly in my budget. He has a great eye at picking out beautiful stones, and offers reasonable pricing. My family has been coming to Diamond Brokers of Los Altos for more than 40 years for a great reason - they are fantastic! I cannot recommend them enough. I came in here a few weeks ago with my boyfriend and we tried on multiple rings and stones. Garo and Paul were absolutely fantastic. It turns out they expedited the ring so my boyfriend could propose on the 24th in front of family. The ring is absolutely stunning - everything I could have ever wanted and more. The stone is gorgeous, the hidden halo is such a precious touch, and we went with the recommendation of two metals (gold band, platinum top) which I love. Paul and Garo were extremely professional and over communicated at every point. While this process can be stressful and overwhelming with all the different options, they really helped ease any stress and answered any and all questions we had. Highly recommend if you're looking for any diamond jewelry in the Bay Area.

Wow, what a great find when buying , repairing or creating new exciting pieces ! I had a heirloom diamond broach redone as a necklace at this store . The finished piece was beautiful and I get so many compliments !! Great customer service, pricing , knowledge and inventory .. Check it out - you won’t be disappointed.

This is an extremely long overdue review for the beyond stellar experience we've had at Diamond Brokers for now multiple years. The very first time we visited the store, my partner was looking for a yellow diamond ring, and we stopped by to see what they had and look for inspiration. Compared to many stores, the staff seemed entirely focused on helping and did not try any kind of sales/pressure tactics whatsoever. Even though we ended up not buying anything from then, it left a very pleasant impression. After proposing I worked with my then-fiancée to design her dream engagement ring, and I ended up coming back to Diamond Brokers amongst others to get quotes and opinions. Ultimately the team here ended up being the most friendly, clear, and helpful team, especially compared to one jeweler who met with me in person and literally never followed up. Paul in particular was a dream to work with in selecting the right stone--he was thoughtful, listened carefully to what we were looking for, and was a fountain of useful information. The whole time he felt like he was trying to find the best fit for us rather than push us to buy the priciest option, which I feel like is rare in the industry. Garo, meanwhile, took our original design proposal and made a number of small, elegant, and meaningful improvements, resulting in a stunning final product that surpassed our expectations. His masterful abilities are clear! Because we had such an amazing experience with the engagement ring, we came back for both our wedding bands, and they were kind enough to loan us some stunning pieces for our actual wedding day. Unsurprisingly at this point both came out great, once again showing their strong attention to detail and high quality of workmanship. At every step along the way, the whole team (Garo, Paul, Laura, and others) felt like they cared about us as people, and were there to help in any way they can. This location should be held up to other local businesses as the right way to act to create a customer for life, since for any future gifts or big jewelry purchases I know who I will be immediately coming to. I cannot recommend the Diamond Brokers enough! I came in recently with several items (broken prong, gem swap, resizing bangle bracelets) and Paul was a pleasure to work with. He was clearly very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions very thoroughly. I also got my items appraised and Paul shared details on how to go about getting insurance and his experience from the jewelers side working with different insurance agencies. I will definitely come back if I ever need to make a change to my jewelry, get current jewelry cleaned, or want to purchase something new.

I had two rings, my antique engagement ring and my wedding band, that needed to be resized up. The engagement ring needed to have the band built back up, due to wear over the years, and the solid band increased by 1.5 sizes. They did an exquisite job! Both were sized to perfection, and you would never know they had been adjusted - pretty impressive given the wedding band had a pattern on the surface. I of course had to look at the pieces on display, and my oh my! Stunning! I tried to give my hubs a sublet hint on the items I like best. Hoping to see something amazing under the Christmas tree!

My husband and I came here to design our wedding rings. Paul helped us find the perfect diamond, a 2 carat antique old-mine cut with color and clarity matching the diamonds in my heirloom engagement ring... not an easy thing to find! We gave them ideas for the design we wanted, and Laura came back with CAD images that we fine-tuned until we had the perfect design. We wanted a special rose gold color to match my engagement ring, and they were able to match the color exactly. Three years later, and I look at my ring every day and think about how perfect it is. For something as special as a wedding ring or engagement ring I cannot say enough positive things about my experience and highly recommend coming here.
