Long Bar makes this place a home. Best Courtyard in America because of the family own restaurant and servers.

Review about the hotel / bed: Very nice hotel, super comfortable bed, friendly staff, and great rates. Very cleanly kept pool. The staff allowed us to use the pool after the check out as well.
Review about the food: Their breakfast can easily compete with local favorites w/ lines out the door like Hobbes or Bills Cafe. French Toast was excellent. Soft, just the right amount of sweetness that didn't need any maple syrup. Platter was great as well where the side potato was the bomb. Lastly, Acai bowl had 1.5x the fruits to the ones you get at Nectar for $13. Very friendly staff too. I'd go here just for breakfast.

We got an early check in as a Mariott Bonvoy member. The room is big and clean, with coffee machine and microwave.
Free popcorn at the lobby during checkin is a good addition for the kids.
Free parking is also an added bonus.

If I could give this hotel more stars I would.
The staff were so amazing helpful. We had not one but two accidents including a car accident and a trip to the ER. The staff were so helpful.
Not only that they have a bank of free EV chargers both Tesla and non Tesla. The outdoor courtyard area is great and the bar staff were very friendly with great service. Try the chicken wings!!
Food and drinks: Good chicken wings

Hotel with very neglected rooms, breakfast a disaster, dirty, they did not clean the tables between meal shifts...the reception was very inattentive, really bad experience.

Locals not welcome at the pool. I’m local retired and have 300 roomnights with Marriott so far. I normally go to the Sheraton Palo Alto (5 miles) for food and drinks by their pool. Think any other hotel with a pool and restaurant has non hotel guests for the pool scene and revenue. I told the manager I’m new and used to go to the Sheraton pool but this hotel is more convenient. Later today he told me the pool is only for guests. I’ve spent 50 dollars already in 2 hours and I’ve been told to leave because I’m not a hotel guest. There were zero people at the pool! So if this works for you as a visitor cool beans. I’m sure it’s wonderfully pristine for others.

I love this place so much! This is the second time I’ve stayed and the rooms are pristine, beds are super comfy, amenities are wonderful, and the customer service is extraordinary! This evening proved it when I needed quarters for some laundry and was unsuccessful getting cash at the local gas station (the hotel doesn’t have an ATM) and May, one of the lovely women at reception, simply gave me the quarters I needed because she could see how exhausted I was. I’m so grateful for May and my home away from home here ;) Kudos to you all!

My room was super clean and the beds were super comfortable! I also love the smell of the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! There was an issue where the front desk receptionist made a mistake in my room check in and I got a phone call at midnight from the front desk to ask me my name because she was trying to check another guest into my room. I told her my name and also told her I was not expecting any other guests so not to send a random stranger to my room at midnight. Anyways, I thought that was odd but was so exhausted from my day fell right back asleep. The next day the manager of the hotel, Sharon, called me and apologized. She did everything she could to make it right from the mix up the night before. She even asked me to stop at the front desk at some point during my stay and she made sure to come out and meet me in person and apologize. I thought that deserved some recognition. I mean it did suck that I was woken up at midnight, but I’m a pretty easy going person and didn’t think much of it except that someone accidentally made a mistake. Mistakes happen. Overall, the hotel and service at this hotel were above my expectations.
Rooms: Clean and comfortable.
Safety: I felt completely safe in the area near the hotel and at the hotel.

Best experience I ever had! Nader the GM at the hotel was a fantastic host.
