Citibank froze my account despite a very healthy balance. Checks were returned, automatic payments denied, and cash couldn't be withdrawn from an ATM. I never received a notification from Citibank that they had frozen the account. No explanation was provided when I called them. All I got was a one hour runaround, being transferred from one agent to another. I never received an apology. I've been with this bank for two decades, but it's time to move on.

Open an checking account in the branch and was told new debit card will be dilvered within two days. However no card was delivered after about 3 weeks. Make multiple calls during the time, and I was told to be patient and the process take weeks.I hae to visited the branch for the second time, and a teller told me that debit card is NEVER ordered. After that, finally received the card but I was not able to register the card online. Since I did not receive my debit card pin and the phone number on my account is not my number. Now I have to visit the branch for the thrid time.The forth time I visit the branch will be the time i close the account.

Received very professional service from Personal Wealth Management Investment manager (Angela Lau) on 4/12/2019. I have no appt with her, I stopped by the branch to ask couple questions. Honestly, I did not expect I will have the entire answer at the first stop. To my surprise, Angela is totally professional and friendly. She listened to my question *patiently* and answered all of my questions within 5 minutes. BIG thank you to Angela

Worst customer experience ever!!! I forgot what type of account and tried to ask for info. The Vietnamese lady worker there who was so rude and also asked the questions like "Why do you want to know?" "What do you plan to do with your money?" I know she tried to sell me some bank finance product but I still politely answered her like" I prefer not to share because it's personal", then she told me she doesn't want to waste time with me. I understand everyone has bad day. so I asked her if I can wait for others to help me. She turned her head away and ignored me. I was really upset and asked to see her manager. A guy came and yelled at me about being a bad customer. I asked him if he is a manager, he said no. Then I asked who he is , he wouldn't answer. I asked for the manager's name and contact info. They said manager will never have time for me. Unbelievable .....What a mess! I usually go to another branch and it's totally different experience. I will never go back to this branch and will recommend friends to avoid going there.

It's an excellent branch that is staffed with very competent bankers and tellers. They are quick and will resolve your banking issues. I just recommend using Chase because of how many locations they have, Citibank paired up with 7/11 and had ATM there but definitely not as safe and secure feeling as going into an actual branch. Plus they're systems are not efficient with delays and unreliable web site that's always under repair. I recommend Chase, Wells, or Bank of America
