I had a great experience working with the designer, Paolo. He was able to help us find a cost-effective, creative solution to for a hall closet. Paolo also stepped in and helped with scheduling, when communication became a challenge. The installation was smooth and took half the time estimated. Overall, I would highly recommend working with Paolo at California Closets Los Gatos!

Having a custom closet completely changed how much storage we now have in our bedroom. What you get with California Closets that you dont get with DIY closets are the nice high quality drawers and amazing end to end service.

CA closets did an excellent job with our closets. Right from scheduling an appointment, design agent visiting our home, quotes and installation, entire experience was very professional and wonderful. Charlene did a wonderful job of designing the closets that are perfect.

Wide range of useful products and excellent design software, however VERY POOR execution. Multiple times we placed orders for items, handles, colors etc and then were told 2-3 months later that this item was actually out of stock. Are order was not completed properly as well

So far our experience with California Closet was extremely frustrating. We waited for designer visit for 10 days - only to find out (the day we expected designer to come over) that someone messed up and actually sent our appointment to branch located in Buffalo, NY(!). Now we have lost time, we got no appointment, and I had to take time off at work for nothing.

We had a great experience with Eric and the install team. Very professional, quality work, and they cleaned up the worksite perfectly. We love out new closet confiugurations. I would defintely use this company/store again!

I live in a two bedroom condo, but the second bedroom was full of two office sets and a recliner. My California Closet experience began with some planning as when visitors come, I needed another bed. Your representative Charlene was superb; she guided me to a set of good decisions about bed size and location. With her plan in hand, I made the junk disappear and acquired just the right mattress. The installation team was somewhat magical; I realize that the materials are precut, but the speed with which they created my wall bed and shelves was awesome. The fine quality of the result is evident; every joint and space is just as it should be. And decision to go with a white paint plan is now plainly correct. Many thanks CC.

The process from beginning to end was just fantastic. I had a vague idea of what I wanted and my designer Dana made a reality so beautifully! The workmen were incredible - fast, clean, unintrusive and the end product just makes me so so happy! Not only that Dana came over for a follow up and she got me the cutest flowers. They have my business for anything I need in future and definitely recommending them to my friends and family!
