For any issues regarding one's account, there is no customer service! The operating word from the staff is "I am not available, and I don't know!! Totally useless!! Bank of America has gone totally down the drain!!

Worst and disappointing service. 1 teller working very hard but unfortunately Rupinder hides in the employee area not to work. Rupinder also gives attitude, speaks disrespectfully, anything not to work.Over an hour wait and still nothing. This is not customer friendly.I recommend you close this branch and get out of our town. If no service then close shop. Not acceptable

Updated review after response from Susan: It does not matter if my or any of the previous reviews are "shared with leadership team" because the branch experience is not for the benefit of your customers and those you should be serving. Original review as follows: If I could give less than one star I would do it. Bank of America doesn’t stay open later like other banks. I came in plenty of time before closing and there was one person in the bank that says there are no teller services all of this week. A second person came from behind the teller desks and said they didn’t have time to deposit checks for me. I just don’t get it anymore. They told me to go to the Safeway Bank of America which isn’t nearby. Another branch in town has been closed for over two years. Whatever happened to service for customers?

Some of the worst service I've received. I was skipped in line and made to wait even after stating I had a time constraint. Go somewhere else.

Bank teller refused to withdraw cash, "checked with manager," and still refused to withdraw cash.

I don't know what it is about this branch, but there always seems to be some problem here. I went this past week, and the "greeter" at the door informed me and others in line that there were no tellers in. ???I went right over to the downtown Mountain View location, where they were very prompt, friendly, and actually had multiple staff members available. I like B of A and have never had major complaints - aside from the fact that someone is always pushing to use technology: iPads, ATMs wherever they possibly can. That can be annoying. But, no tellers...that's a first. What an embarrassment!

I'm closing my account after over 47 years of being a customer. I just received a letter stating that if I don't keep $20,000 in my checking account at all times, they will charge me $30 a month in fees. I just opened an account at First Republic Bank. It will take awhile to move everything, but I've had it with BofA.

Service is non-existent. I don't know what they are doing in this branch, but timely helping customers is clearly not it. Once they get to you, they try to do what is needed and then determine that someone else needs to be involved. If you must deal with them go in with the attitude that everything will take much longer than you would reasonably expect and then be prepared to come back another day.

This is the worst Bank of America I ever been to. When I walked in there was 3 Indian workers working and non of them greeted me or even asked how can I help you. I honestly felt like they were racist. They lady who helped me was completely rude. She made me feel uncomfortable like I didn't belong there. Out of all the Bank of America's I've been to this one is the worst!!!! I'll never go back there again!!! PLEASE REPORT THIS BRANCH'S STAFF!

Waited in line for half an hour just for the teller to tell me she couldn't do a wire transfer for me and to come back another day...

Very bad Non-Service here...no customers in the bank and four workers ...only one worker “specialist “able to place my order for foreign currency...this “specialist” was in a side office with another customer ...I was told to “take a seat and wait for a minute or two “...this was actually 40 minutes...I left ...oh! yes I asked to see the manager but turned out that this was the “specialist “...Avoid this Branch ...perhaps this is their goal...

Dreadful treatment at BofA Los Altos today... Two weeks ago , I ordered and paid for several hundred dollars worth of GBPounds sterling ...Iwas charged for second day delivery and assured of a phone call when the currency arrived...got no call...went to check six days later...still no currency arrived...Fifteen days later...still no call... I returned to this branch...the teller acted confused when I gave her my currency request receipt... I insisted that she check on the whereabouts of my money...Eventually she fiddled with some drawers and thrust a bunch of British pounds at me... uncounted ...just shoved at me...I had to insist ( to ensure I got the correct amount of currency I had paid for ) that she count out the currency in my presence and from my receipt as ordered... My business will go to Travelex foreign currency exchange from now on...

Whenever I needed to go into a bank to take care of some business I always feel it's a big chore and stressful. Either there's a long wait or someone is going to push me into new products, etc. However, this branch totally changed my impression of physical retail banking! Here are the 2 very positive things I've observed: 1. Customer service excellence - regardless of your net worth to them I'm by no means any "premium" or "high-value" customer at this bank, in fact quite the opposite. So I was pleasantly surprised that they don't treat customers differently based on that. The relationship banker and the branch manager were super friendly and helpful to us. Even though what I wanted to do is quite time consuming for them, they helped us get it done with a great attitude. Their service to us beats many other banks that focuses on high net worth customers. 2. Great team work / people management There were a few times where the relationship banker who was helping us had some trouble with the computer system (since she's new the bank), the branch manager jumped in and help resolve the issue with a great attitude towards us and her own team. She took time to personally helped us to expedite the process and gave us a ton of confidence that it's a well managed branch. As a customer, it's important for me to observe that the employees are working well together as a team, which usually translates into efficient and friendly service. Lastly - the physical branch itself is very accessible. Lots of parking spaces, recently remodeled so it looks very new and clean, situated in a safe location. This will absolutely be my preferred branch going forward.
