Ameer helped us buy our new Home and sell our condo. He's professional, detail-oriented and extremely pleasant to work with. We have been trying to sell our property for a while with no success. This year we tried again but we were told that this property is hard to sell and we should drop the price substantially.Ameer came to see the property and was very positive about it. He spent a lot of time to get familiar with the property. He took great pictures and made an excellent video. Ameer's marketing was excellent. His marketing generated a lot of traffic.His communication were regular and very timely. He kept us informed. He would pick up phone call at first attempt or call back soon. I am a single parent and selling a place is the last thing I have time for or good at. Ameer gave me good advice in both the value and improvements necessary or unnecessary to speed up the sale.
