You are indeed lucky if you have Alex as your realtor. Trust him to know what to do. My house was listed just before some problems developed in the market for selling a home. After a month, Alex knew what to adjust in our package, and it sold in a couple of days. It has been a real pleasure working with a person who is so professional and yet very relaxed & friendly. My mom has owned this rental house for more than 20 years, and I was helping her sell it. I went to Yelp and Google to find agents with the best ratings and the most houses sold in the area. Alex and a few other realtors came up on the list. After a round of phone interviews, I narrowed down the list to three. I took them all to see the house and asked for feedback and their game plan to sell the house. Alex came out on top of the list. I am impressed with his attention to detail, professionalism, and a good strategy to sell the house at a good price. He is neither too pushy nor too lax, which is what I like.The house needed a lot of remodeling work, which took a month. Alex and his team did a great job making the house look premium to sell. During the entire remodeling and selling process, I was traveling abroad. I was confident he would do a great job controlling the quality and cost of remodeling, which is very important to me and saved me a lot of time. What impressed me most about Alex is his negotiation skills, as I saw a lot of reviews recommended his negotiation abilities. Alex helped us find our dream home. Exactly the size we need in a great neighborhood. He helped us negotiate a 'haircut' on the price too, which is awesome in the hot bay area market. He is digital friendly, works great on email and Gdocs, which was an important criteria for us since my husband and I work in tech and use these tools to plan the house purchase. After dad moved into assisted living last year, we decided that it was finally time to sell his home.
