75 Arbor Rd, Menlo Park“This is a great old theater that offers many different kinds of entertainment and music. We have seen three shows there. We prefer the balcony since they have seating and a bar upstairs. Main floor is standing room unless they offer seating which depends on the type of show or artist. Ticket prices are moderate and also depends on artist. Easy to get to and parking is easy.”
“My experience at Auto Vino yesterday was absolutely incredible. It was our first time and Inge was there to greet us and made us feel SO welcomed. She also had a plethora of treats, water and lots of lovin' for my dog Maggie!
We did a wine tasting and ordered pizza and the wood fired wings, all of which was insanely delicious! I will definitely be trying the salmon salad as I saw a few people order it and it looked incredible!
My mom has been telling me about this place for awhile and I can't believe it took me so long to come here, I will be a repeat customer for SURE! The chef even gave us leftover dough as they were closing for the day and I cannot wait to recreate something at home!
I didn't catch the names of the other staff members who were there yesterday but every single person was SO kind and went above and beyond for us. I kept hearing about the famous Daisey and I'm so excited to go back when she's there!
I just adore the sense of community at Auto Vino so thank you to everyone for such a lovely Sunday Funday!”
“Have been down to Auto Vino a couple of time for their Cars & Cabernet events and there’s always a great selection of cars on show. A particular highlight today was the Ferrari SF90 ? The great thing is that it never gets too crowded and the outdoor restaurant serves up some great pizza if you want to grab a bite. Just make sure you get there early because some of the owners don’t hang around with their cars for the whole day.”

100 El Camino Real, Menlo Park“We recently stayed at Stanford Park Hotel for a business trip and our experience was nothing but spectacular. The coordination with Lauren prior to our arrival was simple, quick, and seamless. Upon arrival, the front desk team was very warm and welcoming - an excellent 1st impression. My room was available quickly and as the event host, I was greeted with a fresh fruit tray. The room was gorgeous, quiet, and extremely clean. We checked out the courtyard area by the firepits and the ambiance was unforgettable. Last but not least, the location is great. It's walkable to the Stanford Park shopping center and nearby offices. We just booked another hotel room block. It's our go to spot!”
“One of my favorite museums I've ever been to. All the exhibits are fascinating, with many hands on interactive portions. Want to climb into a mud wagon and imagine the experience of traveling for 9 hours along a bumpy road? Send a telegram? Drive a streetcar? Or try your hand at an 1800s gambling game? This place has it all.
I loved learning about the history of the place I live, where the highways and public transit systems I use daily came from. Or seeing the evolution California license plates, from porcelain plates to how we saved steel during the war. I've only seen one section so far out of a dozen since I'm spending so much time at each exhibit.
Admission is cheap, and the building looks beautiful. If you haven't been I highly recommend this museum.”

150 Watkins Ave, Atherton“Very nice place ?. To spend the day with your family, walk.
Playground: Accessible for. Kids and has another area for babes
Restrooms: Clean. What is the most important
Dog-friendliness: Yeah”
“MCC has done a good job with outside seating with lots of heaters and tents that provide overhead cover as well. New chef and new food menu is better than before”
“The garden is well-maintained and clean. The ticket price is a little high given the size of the garden, but this is about as authentic as one could get, some might argue it's better than what you can find in SF Japan town. Please check the season or call ahead before you visit, don't come and then find out the season for cherry blossom has passed already.”

22801 Big Basin Wy, Saratoga“Beautiful event venue! We attended an outdoor wedding here and I was a bit worried because it was outdoors and not sure about the weather, etc but it was absolutely perfect. There were about 100 guests so it was someone intimate but this place did a great job with the deco, service, care for guests, making sure the bride and groom were well taken care of and overall a great wedding experience. We can’t wait to come back and explore the grounds. Book your special event here today!”
“This park is great and there is something for all ages to enjoy. I like hiking, bird watching, and photography, and I can all enjoy them here. There are restaurants and parking spaces here. Many people enjoy sailing and kayaking here. Watching them play is very eye-catching. If I have time, I would like to come here to play.”
“Wonderful experience. Kyle has helped us twice and he does a great job explaining the wines and makes the time spent there exceptional. Highly recommend, especially if Kyle is available to help you. :)”
“Palo Alto Elks club with attached event center. The club (members and guests only) has a great gym, saunas, whirlpools and steam rooms. A fantastic pool (great for lap swimming) is never crowded.”

1836 El Camino Real, Redwood City“Customer service is a make or break for me. Especially when it comes to hotels. 5 stars does not do this hotel justice. Their customer service is exceptional! Every worker I’ve interacted with has been amazing. Yesterday, when I checked in, a young woman with curly brown hair helped me and she made me feel like I was her only customer. I can’t even explain the experience but she is absolutely meant for customer service. She sent up a bottle of water to my room (I wanted to see Relay in action!!) and sent this note too! It truly made my entire week… and it’s been a rough one. The gentleman working tonight was super helpful with my questions and even delivered my DoorDash to my room! I usually have to go down to the lobby for it so I was pleasantly surprised.
Also, can we take a moment of silence for this beautiful towel turtle?! Incredible!! Also, I’ve never had a Holiday Inn Express have a note typed up and laid on my bed for my arrival.
This has been a 10/5 experience all around. I hope the executive team sees this review and appreciates each individual employee at this specific location because THIS is what customer service is about!”
“Lovely venue. Great people. Recently added 2 bocce ball courts. The pool has just been completely redone and it is heated. The restaurant areas were also renovated just less than 6 months ago”
“You don't have to be a car buff to enjoy this space for your event!
We hosted our team holiday party here and it was such a memorable event. Roz made sure everything went off smoothly, we enjoyed the casino activities above on the 2nd floor, along with the super memorable desert station served from the cutest diner ever. This space is truly special and you don't need to decorate a thing if you prefer not to because this space has it all to feel like you've been transported into another time or onto a movie set! If you are thinking about it - do it! You won't want to miss out on a special event here. Hope to be back again for another event / teambuilding.”

20399 Park Pl, Saratoga“Steve Meyberg and Gunther's Catering were wonderful to work with. We held a Mardi Gras-themed luncheon for 116 at the Saratoga Foothlll Club and Steve provided a salad course of baby lettuces, tiny heirloom tomatoes, and spiced pecans with basalmic viniagrette, delicious sourdough bread and butter, and yummy traditional (chicken, shrimp, Andouille sausage) and vegetarian jambalayas over New Orleans-style "dirty" rice. His staff was professional and his decaf coffee was good. The salads were cold and crisp and the jambalaya hot with just the right spice level. We received many compliments on the event and everyone enjoyed the food.”

3700 Middlefield Rd, Palo Alto“This is one of the greatest community centers in Palo Alto. Everybody is so nice and friendly. Can't wait to go back to pre-Covid19 days where everyday and every week there is an event planned out by this community center. Good old days. Please get the Adas Cafe in the community center more active. We all miss the options of walking out of library or the community center and grab a cold or hot drink with a dessert or a small bite. Thank for your work Mitchell Park Community Center.”
8:00 AM - 7:30 PM
439 Lagunita Dr, Stanford“I have to say that I came in with high expectations that were not met, but overall the experience was still very good. I was under the impression that the faculty club would have a bit more of a luxurious vibe to it and feature interesting cuisines, but the reality is more of a log cabin vibe with standard fare. It's a nice space sure, but it doesn't live up to the hype. My burger was solid & so was my lemonade, but I wouldn't make it a point to come back. Amazing service though!”
“Our daughter had been taking swimming lessons from Coach Tyler for a year and a half by now. With his coaching, she has progressed tremendously from being timid around the water to enthusiastically jumping in whenever she can. She has learned the basics of backstroke and freestyle, and had just started on the breaststroke and treading. He has made swimming fun and approachable and she looked forward to the weekly lessons. Each lesson ended in a fun time (usually with Tyler spinning her around on a large mat above and onto the water - it takes a lot of energy and yet he still does it for each student). 5 stars for Coach Tyler!- 1 star (for a total of 4 stars) for the administration. We learned by surprise that our lessons were about to end, by a chance phone call we'd made asking about the following week's schedule, only to find out that our private classes would end with the end of the month (which was 2 days away). While we could understand the business need, an earlier proactive communication would have been appreciated.”

42200 Albrae St, Fremont“The main reason I took a star off is because when I walked into the bathroom, there was a huge hairy spider in the bathtub waiting to greet me. Not a daddy long legs...the kind that you don't simply catch in a tissue and throw away. Being arachnaphobic, this was a nightmare for me. I took the trash can, filled it with water and poured it into the bathtub and put it down the drain. In all my years of staying at hotels of all kinds, this is the first time I've ever had a spider in my room. Now that's not to say it's completely the responsibility of housekeeping to do pest control but the last thing I wanted to see in my room was a spider. I spent the rest of the evening paranoid that there would be another one.Despite that, everything else was perfect. The room was amazingly spacious and while I've read reviews from others mentioning the sound of the freeway being a bad thing, I didn't notice it at all and my room was facing the freeway. For it being a weekend, I was pleasantly surprised that there was no noisy neighbors or loud TV/music. It was perfect for me to get a good night's rest. I wish I didn't have to be out the door so early the following morning, I would have loved to try their hot breakfast, which is one of the main reasons why I stay at Holiday Inn Express properties.I've read other negative reviews about the property, including there being some kind of issue with flies at the entrance (?) but I didn't experience any of what previous reviews have mentioned so that likely means they addressed those issues. Either way, I would stay here again (although I might bring a can of Raid next time, haha, we'll see!).”
“This was the first time my Fiance and I had ever gone to a paint date night and it was one of the best experiences ever! The 2 hours went by so fast as we had so much fun creating our painting. Our art instructor Prabin was awesome leading us every step of the way. I can't remember the Belmont franchise owners name but we couldn't have asked for a more friendly and welcoming host. I highly recommend you book your first paint date night if you are thinking about it as it is totally worth it!”

4000 Middlefield Rd, Palo Alto“It's a nice community center. Visited there to attend annual performance of one of the dance schools located in this facility. Buildings look old, but well maintained. It is a multipurpose community center. Looks like you can rent the place by hour for such performances.”
“Best crab feed. EVER! $75.00 per, all you can eat, hot and cold crab. Next event = 24, March, 2018. Get your tickets early! So glad they are back! Some of the nicest people you will ever meet!!!”
“We had a private function there and the staff was super helpful. The venue itself is a beautiful old building. Stage and various seating arrangement are available. We kept it very simple but you can make it super fancy too.”
“We toured Rengstorf House as a possible venue for a wedding. Impressive.Update: The wedding is next month so we looked over the venue in general again and specifically the arbor which we have to cover with flowers. A nice place but many hoops (like vendor insurance) to jump through with your vendors. Enough restrictions too, especially with lighting limitations.”
9AM - 12PM
651 El Camino Real, Redwood City“This military veterans bar is open to the public. Below average drink prices here. Big hall and and kitchen available to have your next event. Great management and bartender. Friday night karaoke from 8 pm-1 am.”
“Monday night ecstatic dance is fun. A nice place to dance without having to deal with drunk people, and having lots of space to spin around. There's a hippy/yoga vibe, but there is no pressure to become part of a cult. You just dance and dance until it is over. And you can dance like no one is watching, because people are really not watching. The custom is to dance without shoes and there is no socializing on the dance floor. You are free to lie on the floor and writhe around. The music varies depending on the DJ, but usually the music ramps up slowly allowing you to warm up. The sound is not ear bleeding loud, but it is a reasonably clean sound system. Could have a bit more bass.”
“Such a lovely place with workshop-like boutiques. Beautiful manicured landscape flocked by rose vines and shady tree, Spanish style roof and walkways meandering along this serene and elegant location ideal for weddings, art shows, and receptions. A pricy little restaurant, Cafe Wisteria, situated around a water fountain bath makes this an ideal respite for tea and photo shoots.”
