The good: Our waitress, a young girl with dark hair and clear plastic frames, was stellar. Attentive, friendly, helpful with suggestions...a perfect example of hospitality.
The fried cauliflower and braised pork "bao buns" were delicious. They were far from traditional, but fusion cuisine is fun when done right! The flavors were nuanced and the quality of the food was apparent, so props to the chef.
The bad: The lack of hospitality from the owner(?), a blonde woman with shorter hair, was appalling. I was dining with my family in the outdoor patio area, and we had moved the table and chairs back about 10" to keep the sun out of our eyes. After loudly conversing with a table near us, she walked up to us and said "well, it looks like *someone* was busy moving. You need to be careful and not put the chair legs in the gravel next time." Before walking away. Uh...nice to meet you too.
The final nail in the coffin was the price to portion ratio. I have family in the food and hospitality industry, and am fully aware of how expensive things are right now (especially when you pay your staff a living wage!!) but the value was completely absent from our experience. I know things can be expensive along the Central Coast, especially in wine towns like Los Alamos and Los Olivos, but there are a number of spots where you get so much more for your money that don't sacrifice on flavor and quality.
In short: $12 for 3 cream cheese rangoons and an owner/hostess who epitomizes Santa Barbara snobbery. I'll keep my money in the future, but all the best to a hard-working wait and kitchen staff.

This is the spot to grab a beer. The selection of brews is top-notch, and the attentive staff is always ready to assist.

Food was fine and decent. Nothing out of the ordinary. My main issue is the price. The food was SUPER OVERPRICED. One tiny bite was $3-6, like one shumai or a fried roll. Service was basically running the food, so not much. Left quite hungry despite $100 for 2 people. Safe to say, I will never be back for the "dim sama."

Chill, dog friendly patio for a pre-lunch tasting. Plaman & Analise were both so personable and knowledgeable. Got to try some fun pours I might not have tried myself too. I know I’ll be back

We came up for the NY weekend and were looking forward to visiting the beer emporium. Lets just say we had such a wonderful time we stayed about 4 hours! The ciders, beer, dim sum was all a 10/10. What kept us was the service and the setting. It was a rainy New Years Eve day. We played games, laughed and invited some friends to join. All of us were enamored by this local gem. This is a must when you are in Los Alamos! Thank you to the funnest staff:)

Nice outdoor or indoor setting, good service. Really three establishments in one--the beer emporium, a winery and a restaurant. I tried a red beer on nitro--very nice. wife had the fried cauliflower app--perfect. Other dim sum type apps and dishes on the menu--a welcome diverse selection of options in such a convenient collection --and in such a small town--worth a visit or two

Pork bao and shrimp balls were very good, as were the wings. Cucumber salad was underwhelming. Portions were tiny so there weren't a lot of sharing opportunities with our group of four. Inside atmosphere where we were sitting was closet like, with a refrigerator next to us. Beers were cold and service was good, but they told us we had to leave because there was someone waiting on our table. We weren't there that long so not at all happy with getting kicked out.

The owner is a completely pompous woman with an arrogant attitude. It's a shame because the staff is incredibly nice. Definitely will not be going back.

The more I go to Los Alamos there more I love it and all the restaurants. We strolled over to Babi's after having brunch at Plenty on Bell and loved it! We had a beer flight, some wine and after awhile a couple of pork buns. Can't wait to go back and try more items

Came here for a few drinks on Saturday night before dinner. We ordered one IPA and three ciders only. Our bill came out and we noted that we were charged not only for our drinks, but also two bottles of wine that we never ordered. Be wary.
