I've been coming here for years. Yvette was doing home loans. I was told she recently left to another location. Yvette is beyond thorough and is very knowledgeable with loans. She has tons of experience. I like the tellers here even though there's a line, at times. I've been to the U.S. bank across from the Cerritos mall. What a difference! They are super rude and unhelpful over there. The friendly staff here keeps me coming back.

Ther is one young a gentleman called Raj at this branch. He is super for the customer service. I came in with a big problems and he called different departments and solved the problem eventually. I would recommend the branch for any financial needs. Of course I would recommend Raj as your personal banker!!!!

Came here Friday at 11:00 was really strange I'm not sure if they were closed down or just didn't want to open the door. The people inside just looked at me through the window. Odd.

So, this would be the about the 8th or 9th time I've had a significant problem with US Bank. I went to the atm just before opening to deposit $800.00 in cash. It was the holiday, and I prefer to pay by card so that I can better track my expenses and I know that cash reflects immediately in your account balance. Well... I put in my card and then pin code. I pressed the necessary prompts and then proceeded to enter the 8-one hundred dollar bills. Just after putting the bills into the machine, the machine registered an error and then spit out a receipt with a phone number to call.When the bank opened I went inside to let them know what had happened and they confirmed that they could do nothing about the error as they do not maintain the atm.I called the phone number on the receipt and they told me that I would need to wait until the machine was settled to determine if there was in fact an overage. I told them of my intent to use the funds right away to make trackable purchases and was offered nothing.The next day I called to check on the status of the setting of the machine and was told that they did not have any information as yet. I waited another day.The next day I had to make a fuss before they credited my account $800.00 pending the outcome of their investigation. It was not until a week or so later that I was notified that the matter was settled and they found that their machine indeed did have $800.00 additional dollars.As I've said before, US Bank has millions is not billions of dollars. I am a long standing customer with good balances and an excellent credit rating. They should have offered that $800.00 right away to demonstrate their appreciation for my business and commitment to their banking institution.

I actually really like this branch more than any other branches. Its just not only close and convenient but the employees here are super quick and efficient. Their also really friendly and nice as well. I would highly recommend coming to this branch because they get a lot of more customers than any other branches. Their incredibly knowledgeable as well and can answer any of your questions and get things done right away from you. The only thing is that when it gets busy, the line is pretty slow. Thats the only thing they really need to work on.

If you want to be treat like s*** by the manager of the branch Colleen be sure she will and disrespect you and hang up worst bank I ever had in my life don't open an account in this bank no worth the stress and disrespect for this shitty ppl

I don't like the new manager. I don't know her name but she is not helpful or knowledgeable at all. She's the reason why I closed my account at US Bank and I'm now elsewhere.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST BRANCH OF US BANK!! I highly recommend you do NOT do business with this branch or even this bank. David Phan and the manager have zero compassion for the disabled. My account had serious problems. I tried to Pay that off, but this bank rapes you in bank fee's. Bottom line, the recently tried to sue me. I owed them $196.00 true debt, they tried to sue for 5k. Stupid bank couldn't even get my address correct. I settled out of court. But this disabled lady who lives on a fixed income and shops at food banks. I Highly recommend either Wells Fargo Bank of America or Chase, not these idiots

I love US Bank. I've been banking there for 20 years and even own some of their stock. I've been to at least a dozen different locations and always found them fast, courteous and efficient, EXCEPT this location. These people are slow, rude and lazy. Mostly they just stand around talking to each other and act like they're doing you a favor to process your task. I blame the manager, whoever that is...

Today I came to U S BANK to cash a rather large check and the Mexican girl who looked like a dirty kid said she was the manager wouldn't cash my check because it had my old married name on the check as my middle name even though I showed her old my I D ! I was going to open an account there but since she didn't assist me , I took my business elsewhere! I rate this bank a big fat ZERO! I do not recommend this place for your banking.

I came to U.S. Bank from Bank of America where I was used to long lines and an overall sense of neglect. I have now been with them for over 3 years and have never had a bad experience. Teller lines are short, the tellers are friendly, and I now actually enjoy trips to the bank.

I had a issue about my pre-paid card so I came here. It's been awhile and I went to many other branches but they were just saying go to the website and do it but it's so complicated and I totally had no idea to do that. Today, I again tried to do that and asked the lady named Christy (I think). She said the same thing but then she helped me to fix my problem until the end. She are very attentive and kind and wonderful. Thank you very much, Christy :)
