“I was referred to them by a friend who said they were very honest, competent, reliable and charged reasonable prices. That was a complete understatement! I took my Ford Explorer in because it was making a grinding noise. They road tested it, put it on the rack, took off all four tires, check all the rotors, brake pads, hydraulic systems and fixed the problem. When I got the bill, they did not charge me anything! The owner Paul said that the issue was simply a brake plate pushing against the rotor, a rare occurance. Amazing not even a labor charge. I cheaply gave him a twenty and thanked him. I will be a customer for life.”

Asked to check out the flat and had the tires rotated, and was in and out in 30 minutes. Before leaving and I was about to pay, Tony just said I was good to go. “I booked an appointment for 1:15pm, I arrived on time and they told me it would be about an hour to an hour and a half which was inconvenient but I could've dealt with it. 2 hours later they still hadn't started on my car. I understand being short staffed, but communication sucked and I don't understand the point of having appointments. Update: Edwin the Manager called me and got me taken care of, I appreciated the effort and will be back for my next vehicle needs!”
