I was looking at several different storage units in the area, and what really sold me to lease here was the customer service. Brandon, the manager, was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and attentive, ensuring I found the ideal storage unit. His dedication to customer satisfaction truly exceeded my expectations. The property is also very clean and well-maintained, and the enrollment process was swift and easy. I couldn't be happier with my decision and highly recommend Small Space Storage to anyone in need of storage solutions.

We've used this storage facility on and off over the last 15 years, and they were always very nice. Over the last 4 or 5 months, though, communication has really been bad. The prices have increased twice in the last year, and I was not even informed of the latest price increase. No email, no physical mail, no phone call. They use to give a month's notice, but nothing. The new people working the office are not as sociable as the previous workers. And they no longer Clea For spiders or webs. I'm sad to see their customer service going down, for higher prices.

Great place for good prices, average hours of operation, and they are good with communication when any issues arise. Would definitely recommend this storage facility. They have upgrades going on and their buildings are secure.

I was truly blessed to find this storage place it was absolutely perfect I never rented a storage before the visor up front was so kind, nice + professional I'm happy I made this choice I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a simple storage

I finally said good-bye to Small Space, and am glad I did. My new place is much more secure, with lots of cameras and a live on premise manager. SS cameras are a lot for show and they now longer have a 24 presence. Shortly before I left I was asked they closed early due to a break-in investigation. My new place hasn't leaked rain, the way SS did. My new place doesn't use a leaf blower which blows dirt into units and coats your stuff in grime. With better discounts, my new place is even cheaper. You were good, Small Space, but these last years have seen price increases with a lowering of product quality. Glad I moved out.

This is the third site I've written a review for this place. It was so easy, clean and the price is right. The repetition of reviews is for Leo. The manager. He is helpful, very nice, and he goes out of his way to help his customers. I can't praise this guy enough.

The fifth star is for Leo, the manager of this storage facility. The price is the best I could find. The facility is easy and clean, but Leo sold me on this place. He was very helpful, kind, easy, and I'd guess he has a tough time ever being dishonest. I will definitely suggest this place to others.
