We used this as our home base for a Disney vacation. It was a great decision. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. There are so many different activities for the kids to do after the Disney time. The local food selection is great for either dining out or DoorDash. The rooms are so clean and well maintained. The commute to and from Disney was easy and straightforward.

Had an extended stay here. There are only three types of rooms - an open 1 bedroom studio, a smaller 1 bedroom 2 room studio, and a 2 bedroom studio. Each comes with a small kitchen/living room combo. They are well equipped: serve a free full breakfast buffet, have a small gym, swimming pool, tennis court, patio seating with a firepit, picnic tables, and a business center. The staff members are friendly, efficient and helpful. Our home away from for three months.
Nearby activities: The hotel is located near a race track, Knotts Berry Farm, Disneyland, the beach, and a variety of restaurants.

Nice room with an excellent free breakfast. All in all, a pleasant experience. Unfortunately I can't give a full 5 stars, as they charge for parking, which I always find to be greedy and a little sad.
Food and drinks: Awesome breakfast buffet

Short stay while visiting Los Alamitos for horseracing. The location next to the track is hard to beat. Very large and spacious rooms. Staff made check in very fast and easy. Good breakfast in the morning. The rates are extremely reasonable given the suit style rooms.

Customer Service was not very friendly, a dog was roaming the front desk area that belongs to the staff which is very unsanitary. Charge for parking ($10). Pool was super filthy was not able to see the bottom of the pool, very salty, not sure if it is filter. You have to ask for pool towels instead of them being ready at pool. Gym is very tiny, 2 treadmills and 1 peloton, one bench with dumbbell rack. Rooms can use updating and the pullout bed was hard as a rock. No paper towels or dish soap was available in kitchen. Breakfast was good and white rice was there which was interesting. Final there is a unique requirement for hotel guest to sign an additional document to not be excessively loud because apparently people live there for weeks or months at a time, I guess this is more of a motel than 3 star hotel. I was not fully satisfied with this Residence Inn and it did not meet my expectations compare to other Resident Inn.

I have stayed at many Marriott hotels, and was skeptical about this location. However I was very amazed in the service that was provided. In addition to the workout room, swimming pool, jacuzzi, barbecue area, basketball ball court, pickelball court and many other amenities... In addition to the recommendation to the Jewish bakery two blocks away was the cherry on the top in staying at this hotel. And the registration staff, Mr.Pony was amazing with all the recommendations and smiling attitude..
The first
Impression always says a lot about the business itself. Thank you very much

If you are a Platinum member , this location does NOT honor the 4 PM lte check out time. So FYI. Stay at the marriott down the street or other site that honors the 4 pm late check out for Platinum members. Also the staff at the front desk is NOT friendly at all.I dealt with several people and they are are cold and NOT friendly / welcoming at all. Also no recognition for the status or gift bags or anything . I will NEVER stay here again.

A fine place to stay. I was here for business and used the hot tub to study. Room, grounds and surrounding area were pleasant. Near a Trader Joe's for groceries, full fridge and kitchen so I didn't have to eat takeout every day. Costco nearby for fuel.

I guess it was nice for Cypress Los Alamitos area. Nothing exciting or luxurious. It is next to the horse racetrack. It was next to the Cypress business center. I guess I could say it was convenient for business. That's about all.
Rooms: Clean rooms
Nearby activities: Shopping and dining ?
Walkability: Walk to shopping center.
