I wanted to wait before writing a review about my new Tempur-pedic mattress because I wanted to be sure I was completely satisfied. This time OC Mattress hit a home run! After trying two or three Tempur-pedic mattresses on their showroom floor. Salesman Ed did a great job of asking the right questions to determine which mattress I was most likely to be happy with. Take your time and listen to Ed. Spend a few minutes on each mattress to appreciate the technology. Although the purchase was expensive, we are super happy with everything (I was worried about mattress height). Ed is patient, knowledgeable, and he ensured that our mattress was delivered on time, old mattress and bunkie board removed. Ask him questions- we left more knowledgeable and with the perfect mattress.

Purchased an Aireloom mattress from this store. The mattress may still be under warranty and the store refuses to look up our purchase. We spent about 5k for this mattress and it's sagging.I also contacted the customer service from OC MATTRESS and the lady over the phone was not helpful.I have searched and searched for the purchase agreement and I cannot find it. In good faith this store very well could look up my agreement but refuses. The lie that they cannot is frankly, terrible customer service and shows they do not care about keeping existing customers (as we were planning to do for a new bed for our home.)Sometimes, working with your existing clients is helpful in retaining returning customers.The mattress we paid 5k for needs to be assessed for sagging and may still be under warranty and even without the receipt our concern should be addressed. The store could very well look it up.Mattresses are way to expensive to shop somewhere like OC MATTRESS and not have an excellent customer service and support.

Buying a mattress is not exactly fun. You lay on beds and try to relax in public while imagining that you will get better sleep and hopefully that will help out your life overall. I visited a number of mattress stores and finally decided on a mattress with the help of salesman Ed Duran. He was patient and knew the ins and outs of all the mattresses that we had tried out before coming into OC Mattress. Armed with a lot of information, he was honest about their products, but also about what would work best for us both for better sleep and price. The bed has been great. He was awesome and I'm pretty sure I would have gone to try more beds in other stores had he not been there when I visited. If he's in this location or covering at another location, I advise saying hi and asking for his help. I can't believe that I am writing a yelp review about a mattress store, but here we are.

Ed is a wealth of knowledge, not to mention a former Marine. I am so grateful we came into the store for new pillows. He gave us a great deal after educating us on the health benefits of different pillow materials and sleep positions. I only wish we had found him sooner to purchase mattresses from. Thank you Ed!! 10/10 recommend!!!

Let's start by saying, it's the year 2023 and we all have the Internet on our phones. You should assume that we have done at least a little bit of research when considering a $1000+ purchase. To be perfectly honest, I don't need a sales person at all. I am more than capable of looking at mattresses, laying on it for a minute, and then looking at the price. Which brings me to my point. You can't do that, because the price is a secret. Never in my life have I left a mattress store feeling like I was coming out of a used car dealership. Unbelievable. The sales person talked me up telling me about the great deal he can get me. Veterans discount. "I can give deals like no one else can." Etc. I'm looking at a $5200 aireloom mattress. I can see the price on the mattress, on the aireloom website, AND on OC Mattress' own website. This guy pretends to be making a call and when no one answers says "I'll give it to you for $5100. You're not gonna find that price anywhere else." Dude, I can read the price tag and I'm not stupid. That's not the only example, just the one that made me leave with no intention of coming back. Such sleazy sales tactics that I was genuinely offended that he thought I was that stupid. He says that he's saving me $2200 in discounts, and tells me that if I want to finance, he can't give me that discount and I will have to pay the full price. Like I said, I can see what the price of this mattress is from three different sources and not a single one of them say $7000+ I don't know about you, but people are sick of this sales model. People don't want to walk into a place knowing for a fact that they look at you as a mark and not a customer. This is exactly why the mattress in a box industry is thriving. Places like this are on their way out and I can understand why.

We bought a mattress from the Los Alamitos store on October 15th. Jessy was our salesman. We were greeted in friendly way as we entered the store by Jessy. Jessy took the time we needed to help us look at the available mattresses after we explained what we wanted. He was very knowledgeable about the various products on the showroom floor and helped us to down select to an Arch Rock firm. He didn't pressure us to buy, just listened and helped us with our decision. We shopped other mattress and department stores. This mattress was a great value compared to prices at the other stores. The mattress was delivered as promised within two days after purchase. If you need help with a mattress, see Jessy at the Los Alamitos store!

Don't bother. In a nutshell, I spoke to a " consultant" , not a salesman, which he made VERY clear he was not, like the word "salesman" was below him. I started asking questions, but couldn't get a direct answer to some of my questions. so I said I'll be back in a later time and as I was leaving, with a sarcastic tone he said something like, "yeah, come back when there's a " SALESMAN" here.

I spent hours online looking for the best mattress for my girlfriend and I. Overwhelmed with information I know I had to speak to a professional. Thank god I found him at Orange County Mattress. Ed was the best. In a world full of robotic 20-30 yr olds who lack critical thinking , human contact and genuine care for the customer, Ed is a beacon of light. He's not just a salesman he's a spokesman for his company. The sooner you empower him with all of your questions and concerns he will clear the fog and show you the best solution for your needs and budget. Don't waste your time anywhere else. I had been having lots of sleepless nights on my old memory foam mattress. Jason was super knowledgeable, helpful, and straightforward without being pushy or making me feel rushed which I really appreciated. He asked me various questions about my preferences/sleep style and from there helped me find a mattress that worked for me. I found out memory foam just wasn't for me, and I ended up getting a spring mattress with latex--the Corona Del Mar Pillowtop. It's been one week and I've actually been able to get some sleep for a change. I couldn't be happier!

Came in looking for a mattress to upgrade my child from a crib mattress to a twin bed. Wasn't looking to spend a ton, and Ed was fantastic. Showed me a few options, have some benefits of each and found one that works with my budget! In and out in under 20 minutes - painless! Thanks Ed!!! Hate doing adult stuff so this was nice and easy
