I joined their kickboxing class a few months ago and love it. Master Kim really motivates us to keep going, even when we feel like stopping. I have already lost 10 lbs and I enjoy going to the gym.

We absolutely recommend this martial arts gym. My kids have been enrolled in the hapkido classes for about a year now. They absolutely love it and they love Master Kim and all of his instructors. They offer kickboxing classes for adults too and they're at the same time as the kids' class. Win win for the parents that also want to get their work out in.

I've just started the kickboxing classes here... and so far so good... I'm very impressed with the instructors... as a beginner I didn't feel pressured to sign up. The instructor and owner made me feel very welcomed. It felt more like a family environment. Every marital arts place is different with a different feel to it... this place fits me well because of the intense workouts without the overly macho instructors. The facility is great... they offer all the equipment and they have plenty of space. I've already lost some weight and feel much better.

This place is truly amazing! All the instructors are so wonderful! The way they inspire and challenge kids of all ages, not only in MMA, but also in life, is a breath of fresh air. A VERY POSITIVE environment that I'm blessed to have my son experience.

NHC has been a God send! All of my kids are taking classes here, as well as me. My kids confidence has grown and so has their strength and endurance. The instructors are taking the time to get know my family, and my kids look forward to seeing them. Highly recommended this place!

I love the 7:45 pm Kickboxing class! Master Kim is so nice and sweet. He responds so quickly to emails. Master Kim changes the music so we don't hear the same songs every night. He also does a one on one with everyone in the group.
