Set up with Los Alamitos elementary to tow the cars coming in for the kids practice. See it everyday and they wait until they’re “closing” so you are charged for the gate fee and the storage fee. No consideration for anybody there for their kids.

dont get scammed with this towing company.
they towed my personal vehicle illegally. i park only for 30minutes on a non-red zone
things to do so u recover your car without cost .
-check the place where you park if this company has jurisdiction on the property
-ask the appt. office who ever authorized the towing ( not just only security. need to be management )
-this company name is not the same as the towing reciept. (check that)
they have a lot of illegal towing. can be filed as carnapping.

They are making money out of poor people who work hard they go inside our village and pickup what ever to make money and the security have some cuts in reality that's was going on.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would but I'm sure they enjoy screwing up people's lives. Neighbor called to have a whole separate car towed. Onsite for 10mins unloading groceries and furniture and they came and told my car instead. Instead of fixing their mistake because their driver is clearly incompetent, they still charged me. No accountability whatsoever.

I'm an Insurance appraiser. I went to inspect a vehicle and I received a total professional and helpful service. Keep it up guys because compared to other towing companies you guys are doing great. Job well done!!

If I could give zero stars I will, incident just happened at my apartment complex,
Mom is going to work and she tells me that there is a young guy walking in the parking spot so walk her out and I see him so this guys is going through every car taking pictures of car tags and trying to open every single one he leaves and comes back with truck and in matter of mins he takes a car and after that 2 more tow trucks come in and try to take 2 more cars also mind this our parking lot is permit only and gated so they got access to our parking and they come in and take our cars !! Ratas!!

This place towed my vehicle from my apartment building parking area despite the fact that I pay for the parking and have the permit on my vehicle that authorizes me to be able to park there. Possibly considering persuing this in small claims as this cost me around $309 to pick up my car that they towed just 2 hours before i had to go to my shift at work. Causing me to lose a day of pay on top of the issue at hand.
