Scammer company. Returned car with flat tire and messed up frame. They claimed they had photos, when I asked for proof they ran inside and locked the doors. Reported them. Be very cautious. They don’t even deserve 1 star. It’s like a mafia for towing. Very shady location and people.

Negative star.My experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite parking in the same spot for the past two years, they decided to tow my car away, which was only 5 inces away from the no parking letter because i know someone new resident called. When getting pickup, my car, which you guys snached, A racist receptionist who seemed more interested in their $302 than hearing me out. She was just screaming $302 over and over without hearing anything from me.I hope this $302 will make your christmas brighter while ruining not only my day but potentially my entire semester since you snatched my money for my class for the upcoming semester .Karma, I hope, will find its way to you sooner rather than later.Organized syndicate

This tow company is about as crooked as any out there. They mistakenly towed away my car and rather own up to their mistake, keep insisting I was parked improperly even when the lot owner said I had every right to park there.I came to see my son's Christmas performance at Sonshine Preschool one Friday morning. The lot where I parked is owned by the preschool/Church, but residents of the neighboring Vicino apartment homes are allowed to park in a certain part of the lot from 6pm to 8am with a permit. I arrived at the lot at 8:45am that morning for my son's 9am performance. After the performance was over, I couldn't find my car and eventually found out through the preschool that Mr C had towed it away while I was watching my son's performance. The preschool staff had come out while the tow truck driver was in the process of towing my car and insisted/demanded he stop to no avail. Apparently, the tow truck driver insisted to the school staff that he had seen my car before around the apartments (wrong), and thus I was parked illegally outside permissible apartment parking hours without a permit. The school staff tried to tell the tow truck driver that vehicles from the apartment usually carry a sticker/permit which my car did not have (since I have no affiliation whatsoever with the apartment), but the tow truck driver would not take no for an answer and towed my car against preschool staff protest. After the school staff told me what happened, I had a friend take me to Mr Cs Los Alamitos storage facility and the lady who works the front desk made up a story saying that cars for the preschool are not allowed to park on that lot. I called the preschool who confirmed this is simply not true. While Mr C did not charge me for picking up my car, they never apologized for their mistake and instead kept insisting I was parked illegally. This was such a big fat waste of time for me. I would have been willing to forgive them had they simply apologized and owned up to their mistake but instead, they kept sticking to their made up lies that I was parked illegally. I have an electric car and while it seems to drive OK after receiving it from Mr C, I'm really worried they may have caused damage to the car from incorrect towing (a real possibility since their tow driver doesn't follow basic instructions/rules). The preschool said Mr C has done this before, so it's clear these illegal tactics are a part of this crooked business' practices.

This is less about the fact that my car got towed and more to do with a worker they have working overnight by the name of Candice. Truly disgusted by her attitude and telling me to calm my emotions down. She answered with an attitude and even hung up on me and told me I shouldn’t have been parked in a certain space. She wouldn’t tell me her last name and was even less helpful about where and how to to get the car back. I ended up being able to work with someone else there to get my car back. I would avoid this place at all costs if you can.

This tow yard has a monopoly for the Signal Hill Police Department towing and they're way too expensive and they are very unfriendly. They are very unprofessional as well and are not someone you ever want to have your car towed by

They lied about everything when my car was stolen they wouldn't even let my personals out of it and then tried to send me to collections after i signed the car over for storage fee's. This place sucks and the ppl answering the phones have a lot of I DON'T KNOW THAT INFORMATION as answers so they shouldn't be in business w employees that dont know answers on how to run it much less the laws they have to follow to operate. Im already filing a claim to take them to court over the issues they caused me,i was a victim and they just wanted more money from me. They weren't helpful or understanding at all and didnt even try to wk w me to let me at least get what wasnt stolen from my car. That's says a lot about the owner of this company. I know its a business but they could care about the ppl they serve more and they'd be better received in review. Cuz it wasnt my fault the car was there yet i was treated like it was and told well ur gonna have to pay at least 400 to even see the car to get ur stuff out of it. Thats not ok. If given choice this would be the last place i even called for help towing.

I work for a home visiting program and while visiting a client in an apartment complex i accidentally parked in the future residence area after a tenant informed me i could park there when i asked where the guest parking was located. My mistake was not paying attention to the signs that were posted because if i would have, i would have not parked there. It truly was an accident on my part as i would never go against parking rules. To my disbelief however, these crooks towed my car within 25 minutes of my car being there. My arrival to the complex was 1:15pm ( i have proof) and their time stamp of when my car was towed is 1:40pm. I am truly in disbelief as to how they manage to get there so fast and tow my car this fast. What if i was a future resident and lost my way looking for the leasing office? to make matters worst they charge me $302 dollars just to have my car there less than an hour. My drawers from inside my car were opened as if someone had search them. When i confronted the worker about it of course he denied . Someone needs to really investigate this bussiness and the legality in which they are conducting bussiness. I plan to seek legal advice for this. Also this place smells so bad like cigarette smoke.. very awful and dirty place.

This business claims to be professional but they are not even close. They operate by threatening people and telling you no we can't do that. It's kinda like they act like the Mafia and probably are. My vehicle was towed to their yard and they left 2 huge scratches on the front bumper. So far, they have not accepted responsibility. If you get towed by then, make sure you check your vehicle before you leave. If you have a choice as to whether or not to use them, don't! They are unprofessional and incompetent.

Very kind and caring people. I'm sure they take insults and anger from people when they're just doing their job but the owner is a man of principal and is as kind as his job allows him to be. They don't tear up cars to do their job either. Would absolutely call these guys if I needed them for a tow.Service: Car towing
