I love this little gem of a gym. Lisa is fun, she keeps her space very clean, and the workouts are great! She checks in when I haven't been in to workout and holds me accountable, love that. As a chiropractor I have to stay strong and practice what I preach at work; Lisa helps me do that! If you are looking for a small gym that is super supportive, this is your spot.

My gym shut down at the beginning of the pandemic and Lisa was the only one to think outside the box to get our bodies moving outside! I am so grateful To have reconnected with Lisa from high school, but most importantly she works with each person and Creates their plan of attack. I’ve been with her since day 1 and so proud to see her in our community doing what she loves most. Lisa is beyond motivating and welcomes all women. We encourage and help each other out. Motivated by Lisa is not just a gym, it’s a community of like minded women and anything goes! You won’t be sorry you reached out!

I am so happy i found MBL randomly , it is an all woman’s gym which I love. This is the place to be wether you’re a fitness pro or not, she will be there to guide you. Lisa is a great trainer , she’s funny , outgoing , & motivates you to keep going . All her workouts are fun & challenging, I strongly recommend.

I have been working out with Lisa since 2020 and it’s one of the best decisions I have ever made! At the time my youngest child was a year old and I felt like no matter what I tried I could not get my body back. Almost gave up completely. I found Lisa and everything changed. I lost 20 lbs within my first few months and felt great. Lisa is so motivating, I could not have done it without her. I’ve continued to lose weight, build muscle, and regained my confidence. To me, that is priceless. I recommend Lisa to everyone! She has offers so many class times that as a mom of three with a full time job I’m able to schedule a workout at least 3x a week.
