I had my mom's wedding ring resized after she passed away. They were so caring as I was crying when dropping it off. They had it done in less than 24 hours (i was expecting it to be about a week). They were also very patient while I was crying when picking it up. I will definitely come here again!

What a great experience! I had to have my 52 year old wedding rings sized due to arthritis. Beautiful... no indication that they were made larger. I am wearing them again with JOY. They look beautIful again...Thank You !!!

I couldn't be happier with Imperial Jewelry! Brought in a heirloom ring to be sized, that another jeweler wouldnt touch. It was sized perfectly and I am so happy I can wear it, they were half the price of the other jewelers estimate. My new go to! Everyone was so kind, and Karen who I met in person was so awesome. Sharon, and Karen were just great. I came in today to get a new battery for my spouses watch. As it turned out the watch was broken, and they offered to put us in touch with a person who could repair it. We decided to look at new watches instead, and my spouse found one she really liked. I bought a beautiful watch, and was given a very good price. I can't thank Sharon, and Karen enough for the excellent experience we had. They are an LGBTQ friendly business, and I highly recommend them

They worked on a gold pendant for me and it was out of my own gold. The pendant came out nice, but I didn't get my spare gold back. They also offered to polish my large gold necklace, to my surprise when I weighed it, it was 2 grams less in weight! 2 grams isn't much, but a polish should not remove 2 grams of gold. The chain is 100 plus grams, so it wasn't noticeable until I weighed it. Not worth my time to go back and raise concern, I'd rather just pass along the FYI. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I Hand-Made a ring a while ago, but I developed tremors before I could properly size it. I asked Imperial Jewelry if they could size it, which they did. Update: the very next day i took my ring off and my finger was green. My jewelry has never been reported to me, EVER, that it turns skin green, so there is NO way it was from my craftsmanship. Poor form, guys.
