My Rustic Oak gas logs are beautiful! They made Christmas very cozy. The experience with Hansen Wholesale was a very pleasant one. They were helpful and my logs came quickly.

Excellent company! great service and selection! What I also liked is they list the breeze rating as well as CFM rating. Living in Florida, those are pretty critical attributes to be able to search by.On a whim i decided to call their number and I am glad I did. Eric was very helpful in selecting the right fan, which was not one I had put in my wish list! We ultimately picked a fan by modern forms and he double checked to make sure it was available before I purchased. Also, the fan arrived quicker than expected, I think only 3-4 business days.

Website is not to be trusted. Placed order, to find out that they did not stock the item.The web site stated limited stock. Salesman was fast talker, with acidic phone manners,Needs a brush up on honesty and customer curiosity.

I have never purchased from them but I must say that I am impressed with their customer service!!! I received a call from them wanting to verify a purchase because they felt it was suspicious. Come to find out, my card had been compromised and they went the extra mile to verify the purchase!!! That says alot about them if you ask me!!! Thank you Hansen Wholesale

I called and spoke to Terry who took his time answering all my questions. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and such a pleasure to speak with! He even went out of his way to email us a picture of a particular fan I was asking about. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service and support. I had a gas log set that was at least 20 years old and needed replacement. Hansen's website helped me to understand some of my options, but once I took measurements and sent my information to Hansen, I felt confident in making a purchase. Their sales team made it very easy to know that I was selecting the right product for my application. What I ordered was in stock and delivery was prompt.Unfortunately, two of the gas log pieces that I ordered were damaged during shipping when the box was dropped by the shipper. I sent Hansen Wholesale a photo of the box and the damage and they immediately set up a warranty claim. It took a few weeks for the replacement parts to come in due to supply chain issues, but the parts did appear when Hansen said they would. The final result looks outstanding in my fireplace and I can tell that the materials are of high quality. I expect to be enjoying this set for a long time.I'm glad that I was able to find Hansen Wholesale and will absolutely consider using them again for ceiling fans, lighting, etc.

Great people only severe issue is my fan was shipped damaged in January and as of 2nd week in MAY I still cannot install the fan. They keep telling me it's delayed 2 weeks, for the last 5 months!! I work with a lot of vendors and this makes me a bit skeptical. Maybe it's a one off, unsure. But be careful.

Hands down, the best company I have worked with in many many years. These people know what "Taking care of the customer" is all about. We ordered a Artemis XL5 - The unit has a small sway in it, enough to notice, but with the quality of the fan, it should not. I called and spoke with Terry and he sent me a replacement along with the new sloped ceiling adapter to make sure its not the equipment. This level of customer service is outstanding it will restore your opinion in what customer service is all about. Hands down, I would recommend this company to any person looking to replace your fixtures in your home. Thanks for the best experience!

I ordered two items. One of the two items arrived today and the other is soon to follow. The delivery that I received today was a light fixture that I saw in Hansen's clearance sale. It is very good quality and the price was great -- I did not see any online prices as low as what I paid for the light. I just finished installing it, and It looks great too!

Website constantly loads pages that are unreadable. Have tried three different web browsers with same result over multiple days. So frustrating! Was finally about to order, added a third fan to cart and cart deleted itself. Customer service was friendly but their one emailed direct search link was to vague. But this web site is one of the better ones.... if it works.

I can't imagine a company that offers more information or better customer service. Hansen's website offers very specific information on hundreds of ceiling fans and is easy to search. If you want advice on selecting specific fans for particular uses, their salesmen are very knowledgable and extremely helpful. Their customer service responds quickly and politely. This is a company that shows its commitment to customers with an amazing level of integrity.

The quality of the fan selection is head and shoulders above what you would find on the shelf at any big box store. The comparison graphs with CFM, wind speed and efficiency ratings are super helpful in determining the right fan for your application. Customer service is very good. Terry was super helpful and shipping is quick. I have purchased several fans here and will continue to do so.

Awesome company to do business with. great selection of fans, excellent technical data on their website about each fan they sell, performance, efficiency, quality. Received excellent technical support over the phone in making fan selection for my specific need. got a discount on the price of the fan. after receiving/installing the fan, i found the fan at a lesser price on the web. called hansen and they matched the price giving me a refund to my credit card. would definitely do business with them again and recommend to anyone in need of a fan.
