I came here via Google Maps search. They just happened to be open and no traffic, so I drove down from L.A. The place is small. But the service & patience is big. The staff is nice.They have both personal and professional experience and personal thoughts to share without pressure. Originally thought I'd go simple. “I took the basic firearms safety course at Rogers Defense and I was not disappointed. This is a family owned business, therefore you get that personal vibe when inside of the facility. Being new to the world of firearms, I took their course because I was seeking education and looking for answers to some specific questions. The course was extremely informational. Rogers Defense did a great job at reviewing the laws and overall guiding the course for a couple of beginners in the class. I highly recommend taking the course with other people because you can gain more knowledge from their questions and how they respond in the MILO virtual training simulator. The training simulator was a great addition to the course and the best part! I honestly learned a lot about myself in the simulator and it opened my eyes to how much more I want/need to learn about safe firearms handling in various situations. The course really helped with passing the certification test (I also did practice tests at home), which I took immediately after the class. They provided some recommendations over which firearms I could research, and I even took my training to the shooting range and tested those same recommendations out.Thanks Rogers Defense!”

“I'm fighting an unconstitutional CCW scheme out of Riverside County where sheriff Chad Bianco is acting like he's pro second amendment but he's not. CRPA and Michele and Associates are helping me to start a suit against Riverside for using Arbitrary rules and subjective standards. Remember Chad Bianco is a politician and not a real sheriff. I'm going to expose this. Thank you CRPA for fighting for the rights of Californians. I was denied my CCW based only on the name I use Dawud. My investigator was very rude to me and brought up my YouTube channel which back then only had me speaking on morality and videos of me Pulling, splicing, and testing fiber optics cable. He mentioned my YouTube name and I could tell he didn't like it and is more than likely anti semitic and hates Arabic people because when he mentioned my name he made it sound kind he caught me doing something wrong. I just responded "Yeah I have YouTube. It's just a hobby and I enjoy making videos". Next thing you know after 1 year of waiting for CCW I get an email I was denied. I spoke to the front office the other day and they confirmed yes they are getting many calls in regards to denials and Riverside is one of the top offenders. Also they are turning away trainers for CCW classes and only want certain people to hold the monopoly in the market. I spoke to a trainer one day at a gun show and he said the same guy who runs the CCW unit who was my investigator was being a real jerk and was rude to him. Join, donate and volunteer for CRPA. They are making a difference in California.”

“This review is based on the problem my M and P 9c. Take down lever was not staying down but instead flip back up. Brought it in and they fix it Turn around time about a week if I'm not mistaken. Now is much easier to dissemble firearm now that take down lever stays down.”
“Came across this company as a beginner firearms purchaser. Needed them to inspect my ar15 th that I built to make sure it was done correctly and we had them cerakote and do a digital wrap on my daughters pistol. “I've had no issues at all at this location. I've only dealt with the two main employees the woman and the man that I believe are married in their early 50's. They always have been nice to me, are FULLY versed in gun-laws (I saw a review on here that makes no sense based off my experience), and are pretty fair on prices. They don't bend much on the prices, like most pawn shops, but they aren't super outgoing friendly like some people may like, however they're nice enough and are serious as they should be. They remind me of people from the mid-west, people from California are d-bags and they aren't ones to talk about people being friendly or nice. But yeah, ignore the negative reviews, just because they're not trying to go over the moon with customer service doesn't mean they deserve a bad review.”
“About 5 years ago I was down and out and had to pawned my favorite guitar. I couldn't pay the loan back and due to losing my job. Frank called and let me know that he had held on to it for me after all these years knowing that 1 day I'd get back on my feet and be able to get my guitar back. I mean if there was a hot blonde girl that wanted to touch it she could.... But that's the only exception.”

“Picked up a Holosun SCS Carry optic today. I've been looking for this optic but it was sold out everywhere. I contacted Ammo Bros on Reddit yesterday and they reserved an SCS Carry for me. I drove to Cerritos this morning, told them my name, and they brought the box out to me with my name on it. I'm so stoked! Thanks Ammo Brah's! In addition to the Holosun SCS Carry, I bought a few boxes of 9mm and was very happy with the stock available. They also gave me a 5% military discount, which isn't a ton but it's something. There were a couple new employees being trained but this wasn't a problem at all. Everyone was very respectful and helpful. There was plenty of parking and the Ammo Bros store itself was very spacious with tons of room to walk around. There were plenty of firearms for sale and a large selection of firearm accessories. I'll definitely be back.”
“I learned today to take the time to look for the experienced employees, taking time to listen to “the guys behind the counter.”I went to the Turners Signal Hill today to fill a spool with line for bass fishing.The associate at the counter, David Chaney took the time to share his experience in the field, and spent 45 min with me, showing me tricks and techniques while showing me how to put together a variety of “quality” bass jigs.While Mr Chaney helped customers in between jigs, he really took his time and went out of his way to help (me) a customer and share his passion, knowledge and experience.Turners should be proud. Priceless!”
