Very nice and new hotel, huge TVs, super clean. My only complaint is that all the lights in the rooms were super bright fluorescent bulbs, including in the bathroom where you could only turn on all lights at 100%, or no light. There was no way to have only a small light or dim light on at night, like to go to the bathroom. That said, overall it was a great stay! Solid breakfast in the morning.

I sent this feedback to Marriott as well, but as a Bonvoy gold member, I feel compelled to spread the word how disappointing this hotel is - by far the worst Marriott of any brand I've stayed in for a long time. They started clearing breakfast 10 minutes before the stated end of breakfast. They were literally putting chairs on top of tables so people who were still walking in (and people were still walking in since breakfast didn’t end for another 10 minutes!) couldn’t sit down. We told the front desk about this on two different days during our stay and the breakfast ladies couldn’t have cared less. The indifference to customer service was appalling. I also got terribly sour milk from the breakfast bar, they had hard boiled eggs in a heater with bacon (every other hotel has hard boiled eggs in a fridge), the breakfast area was a mess, options were limited, I could go on...The hotel is new but you can already tell that it won’t age well - the sheets/pillows were poor quality, the bed was lumpy, the shower leaked, etc.

This is a 5 star property in a great location. Clean, comfortable, well kept. Lots of electric car charging on site. Nice pool and patio. It looks new and fresh. Staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent shower and hot water. Breakfast is superior (for a Fairfield) even though I generally hate free breakfast, I appreciated the bottled water, good waffles, and cereal selection. Good internet. This is as nice as some Marriotts and better than most Courtyards, Residences and Springhill Suites. Very impressed. I spend 200 nights in hotels each year and this is a highlight.

We spent about 4 weeks here in '22 as we were in the process of moving to Cypress, both during home scouting missions and as a final stop as we waited for our house to close. Basically, It was our home for a few weeks. I have nothing but great memories of the experience, especially the morning breakfast buffet which frankly I grew to miss after we left. The hotel is basically new and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The gym is nicely equipped, there is a nice patio to sit and enjoy breakfast and you're within easy driving distance to many food choices. Highly recommended.Rooms: Spacious and clean with comfortable beds.

Staying here marked my 100 night this year with Marriott. Booked it as I was traveling into Cali. Top notch as a lifetime titanium with Marriott who has stayed all over the world. This place is def top notch.

Newer Fairfield Inn with great staff. The rooms are still showing the "newness" as are the amenities. The suite room is on the larger side with a living area that in ludes a sofa bed, two TVs, a desk space, coffee table, and the bedroom area w/ king bed and it's own TV. The two TVs was kind of excessive considering the close proximity of the sleeping area and adjacent living area. However, I appreciate the placement of the two TVs. The mattress was comfortable but the pillows are quite flat and offer little support. There was also a mini fridge, microwave, and small closet with iron+ironing board. As for the bathroom, the water pressure is excellent and one of the best I've experienced in Southern California. The one drawback is the shower stall leaking water onto the floor outside of the stall, at least in the room I was assigned to. The bathroom fan is also on a timer and shuts off fairly quickly which keeps the bathroom and entire suite quite humid.Sound insulation was great and rarely heard neighboring rooms. I was assigned to the top floor, end room though. The room does require a keycard inserted into a slot to activate the electricity in the room, a technique used in many European and Asian hotel rooms. Parking is complementary which is appreciated and rare in California; we had no problems finding a parking spot in the lot. The hotel is walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops as well. They offer complementary breakfast but I wasn't able to try it during my stay. The fitness center has treadmills, ellipticals, free weights, mats, and medicine balls. There is also a very small soaking pool in the back of the property but didn't use it so not sure if it is heated.

I wish I could give this property six stars! The hotel is filled with friendly, kind staff and they are available to help you with anything. Our room was large and comfortable and everything in the hotel (room, lobby, breakfast area, etc.) is immaculate. We used a meeting room for a family birthday party and it was fabulous. I can't say enough about the staff. Shout out to Stacey at the front desk along with Kayla and Brian and Natalie in the breakfast room. They are amazing. We will be back!

This hotel is receiving a very rare five-star review. Everything about the stay was top-notch. To start with, they offer electric vehicle parking at no additional charge. You just plug in, your car charges all night, and you get up in the morning with a full charge. I stayed for two nights and they did housekeeping. The desk clerk said it was every other night, but asked if I wanted housekeeping, and I said yes please. I want housekeeping every night. The room was modern, immaculately clean, and very comfortable. I like the decorative window shades because the light you get in the morning is tolerable and colorful.Check in was a breeze and the front desk could not have been more friendly and helpful throughout the stay. This Fairfield inn was a refreshing upgrade from my recent experience with Marriott properties. The EV charging was icing on the cake. What a fantastic service to provide customers.
