I'm having a hard time recalling when I've ever had such great service. I had tried to get this desk from at least 5 places on the web, and nobody else was able to get me the furniture, and they also fed me inaccurate information (or didn't respond at all) to the point that I had briefly settled on a smaller model in a less-preferred color. I was kicking myself for having delayed my purchase and missing out. Thankfully, Kim at Epic called me just in time so I was able to cancel that order, go with Epic, and get the item that I had originally wanted. Even better, I was able to customize the desk with options that I was previously unaware of. I know my new desk isn't the most expensive piece of furniture out there, but Epic has supported me like it was. And when Kim was away, Kristi made sure to keep me informed of my order status. Thank you so much for all the help, and for saving my office! I used to work customer support and often find myself criticizing this or that about the support I'm receiving from company so-and-so. In contrast, I feel like the folks at Epic were reading my mind. I will definitely keep Epic Office Furniture bookmarked for future purchases.

Horrible customer service!! No one answers the phone, responds to messages or emails. I will never do business with this poor excuse of a company!

Ordered new furniture for my office from Epic and received great customer service through the whole process. Didn't feel like I ordered online. Also, pricing fit my budget. Recommending to all my friends. Happy customer!!!

We always receive great service from Epic Office Furniture. We have ordered multiple times and have never had an issue with any of the products or the deliveries. The customer service reps are very knowledgeable and always helpful.

Best customer service at this company. The reps are knowledgable and super helpful. I've purchased several Mayline desks and prduct is great. I am impressed.

I purchased several items from this company. Items ship quickly and products are great. Mayline desks are great quality and gray steel finish is super nice. The customer service here is unbelievable. Delivery is good but boxes are heavy so be prepared. The reps are extremely knowledgable and friendly. I will continue to purchaae from this company and would highly recommed.

They do not answer their phone anymore and I have no way of knowing if I will ever get my order as it has been on back order indefinitely. Very disappointed. Their automated estimate of how long you have to wait on the phone keeps changing or it is a scam when they do not want to pick up.
