I can no longer go to this pharmacy. It's always been substandard, but now they are incompetent, lack urgency, and the indifference of the pharmacy employees is too much for me.

Always smooth picking up prescriptions in their drive through. Kind, helpful, and efficient.

Great to have a neighborhood pharmacy open on Sundays with reasonable hours. Parking was easy. Interior's clean and organized. Both Kim N. The pharmacist and Johnny Y. the pharmacy technician were courteous and very helpful. Service was prompt.

I'm was saddened to hear that CVS is no longer contracted with Blue Shield/Blue Cross. I'm having to move all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy. How can they NOT be contracted with one of the largest insurance companies?? Very inconvenient!

I love this pharmacy everyone is very helpful and friendly ! With the way everyplace is understaffed these days these people are always kind when it's clear they are stressed. I wish people would be more patient with them.

I had a 12pm appointment for a flu shot with my son. My son got his flu shot. I was asked to wait l.And I waited and waited for 35 minutes while the pharmacist kept taking other people ahead of me for vaccinations. I asked multiple times why I was being made to wait. No one could give me an answer. This CVS Pharmacy is terrible. I was here for 40 minutes waiting to get a flu shot even though I had an appt!!!! And no one would help me. DO NOT COME HERE unless you have an hour to kill.

I don't know what it is, but each time I go to this CVS the service is straight up laughable... SPECIFICALLY the pharmacy staff. Each time I'm helped out by any of the female employees, they are incredibly rude, impatient, and they make sure you're aware that your time is not valued. If you ever want to see employees thay hate their job, look no further. I loath each visit and if it weren't the most convenient location for me I would have stopped going a long time ago. If you choose this as your local CVS, be prepared for confrontation if you do not want to be walked over by the staff.

So unorganized. My meds are never ready when they are supposed to be and the lack of communication between technicians is ridiculous. Finally transferred all my families meds to a private pharmacy. Do better, cvs!

Every time i go to this pharmacy for a drive thru order there is a ridiculous wait time. Not just once or twice but more times than not. Not to mention half the time my order isn't ready. The pharmacist is super sweet but the wait is ridiculous!

Posting on my mom's behalf- Flash to Christmas Eve when my mom has driven to 6 stores looking for candy canes (our Elf does a "candy cane hunt" on Christmas morning). Thank goodness for CVS, they had some, Yay! My mom grabs 2 boxes and goes to check out. She tries to pay with her EBT card (candy is allowed), and the cashier, Nicki (not sure of spelling), says "oh, I don't have time for that right now" in a very condescending voice. My mom patiently explains that she just charges the card like a debit card, and it doesn't require additional steps on the cashier. Nicki said "well we don't have time to do that or figure it out". My mom asked for a manager and was refused, but Nicki looked to the other cashier who ask confirmed that they were too busy... yes there were 3 people in line behind my mom, but they truly designed the EBT cards to act like any other electronic payment (fast and easy). My mom was disappointed, embarrassed, and then pulled out the last $5 bill to her name... yes, she literally lives day by day, and paid cash for the candy canes. I am saddened that anyone was made to feel less than due to their method of payment and hope that a manager would look into this and properly train their staff.

Shame shame shame! I stopped by today to purchase a liter of Bacardi Rum for a delicious Puerto Rican coquito for New Year. As soon as I walked in there was a front door clerk by the name of "S" as in Scott, who was seated on a tall stool kinda of helping a customer. I walked directly to the alcohol aisle and scanned through the darker , best and cheapest Bacardi . Found exactly what I wanted. While I was in the aisle, there was a constant and stubborn beeping which alerted their staff that there is someone buying alcohol. I had no problem with that since I understand that minors and thieves may lurk in such area. I proceeded to grab the bottle and went to the adjacent refrigerator and grabbed a quarter of milk. With Both items in hand I proceeded to the cash register and Mr "S" was seated almost drooling . He asked for a CVS card or phone number , I gave it to him and he started giving a long promotional advertisement on some crappy savings deal they've had since Christopher Columbus was defecating in the Americas. I refused to join in whatever crap that was. However, Mr. S just wanted to hold me back in the store because as soon as I left, there were police officers prawling in the parking lot staring at me as if Ihad committed a crime. Scott called the police on me because I am dark and he thought I was going to smash and grab. This was an absolute racist profiling on his part, uncalled for and simply shameful. I have been a customer to this CVS for many years and have made many purchased even in Military Uniform as I used to be part of the California National Guard, stationed in Los Alamitos. After I arrived home, I called the store and spoke with Scott who asserted me He called the police about something unrelated to me. He proceeded to give me legal advise and exhorted me to use my Miranda right and not answer any questions the police may ask. Scott intends to set up people of color so we have confrontational interactions with the Los Alamitos police, which are known for being racists, which could result in us people of color either getting arrested or shot on the spot. It is a shame that this manager, who stated to have been working there for 6 years and clearly belongs to the LGBTQ community behaves in such discriminating ways.

Very convenient place to get your perceptions and vitamins and over the counter medications. The pharmacy is very professional and go all the way for your prescription needs. Also they provide various vaccines which is also very convenient.
