I called the branch to arrange an appointment to open an account for my disabled daughter. I spoke with someone asking them if I needed and appointment or if we could just walk in. She said walk ins were allowed but hit and miss as to timing. I asked "when can we get an appointment," she said to hang on so she could check the schedule. A few minutes later a woman picked up while still speaking to someone else, then asked "how can I help you." I said I'd been speaking to someone and had asked when could we get an appointment. She said "when do you want an appointment." I said, "when is the soonest appointment." In a very condescending tone she said, " that is a different question than when can I get an appointment." I was just flabbergasted by her rudeness. Needless to say, I told her she'd just lost my business and hung up. I know people who like Chase and have good experiences with the bank as a whole, but the reviews here are very accurate about this specific branch. It's was hard to believe it was as bad a people stated, but believe the reviews. This branch is awful!

After reading the other reviews about Bernadette Pham I don't feel bad. I had a phone appt with her at 1pm she finally called at almost 5pm and blamed me saying she was calling my primary number (which one she hadn't been because my dad and mom were home all day and the phone never once rang but that's besides the point). I had made this point and marked call my cell phone and included that in the note so not my fault she didn't read. Then she said she couldn't close and transfer my CD on the phone unless she could knew my voice, so she could verify who I was (I mean seriously 1 the letter from chase bank said I could do it in person or on the phone so that's BS and 2 bo bank is going to say well we will close the account if we know the persons voice that is not how you verify someone that's just stupid). Then when I said I wanted to talk to the manager she said they weren't there, then said they were in a meeting, so I said I would wait to which she said it would more then an hour then she said the manager was on the phone, and she didn't know how long it would be. I called her out on that lie and said she was pulling things out of her butt because yes I was mad and I'm recovering from surgery and didn't want to deal with someone so stupid when it comes to my money. We are looking at new banks to close our account. Sucks been with chase for almost 25 years but their bankers have truly gone down hill and I'm not one to take being treated poorly well.

Visited the branch to open a new checking account which took over one hour even after I had an appointment. Bank clerk, Bernadette Pham, filled out the computer form incorrectly and other staff came to het to teach how to fill out the form correctly and also asked non-relevant questions such as which college, major, any scholarship, father's occupation. Next day she called me and come back to sign the w9 form if she fails to scan SSN card, otherwise the account will be restricted. It is not positive experience at all. Chase bank is good but some clerks are bad. They kick customers out of the bank. Go BankofAmerica!

Horrible customer service by the Branch Manager. When I went in to change my name on my credit cards, she said I had to do it on the app. Why? I'm in the branch! After I said I didn't want to go on the app, she proceeded to tell me that she has never changed her name on her credit cards. Why have workers work in a branch if all they're going to tell the customers is to go on the app? This is my second unfortunate encounter with this Manager.

Apparently they no longer answer the phone during normal business hours... Just goes right in line with the deteriorating services of JP Morgan Bank... I'll bet the old man rolls in his grave nightly!

I would like to give my highest comments to Mr Daniel, who just came from Huntington Beach to help. His service was excellent and he has the greatest attitude and patience. I would recommend all my friends to use branch when they have any needs in a bank. He is perfect and should be promoted. James Qian 5629128252

I simply don't understand how these men and women in cubicles can sit there while there's only one teller and a line almost out the door. One teller! Like, get it together CHASE. I like this location because it's by my house but only one teller and it's so frustrating. How does the manager here not give af? Or is it CHASE? This is ridiculous. I hope this reaches CHASE because I don't want to blame the branch or its employees but at the same time the manager here needs to step up and make these lines go fast by helping the only clerk! Note: this is nothing against the lovely lady clerk. She's always a pleasure but my goodness someone help the lady out when there's a line.

My wife and I had a very impressive appointment this morning with your representative Arturo Oliveras! He was totally polite and professional and quickly felt with our financial issue! He also went out of his way to assist us with a possible refinance! Art is a definite asset to your business! Ron and Ellie Kington

This Chase Bank came from the ruins of an old failed restaurant just like a lot of places out here that we're close but didn't make it!!! Like the old Taco Bell on Ball road that closed down and became ten different coffee shops until they tore it down. No this Chase Bank is definitely made by the people that work there, even tho I do not like the way Chase bank has lost 4 teller spots by putting 4 automated ATM's in their place or have these satellite stations where you stand alone waiting till you get your money back!!! That is not the point in this review, the point is the people who work at this branch make me forget of all the new ish the bank is trying to do. Their service is delivered with respect and a true form of they do care about your time and money. Today I witnessed a Chase employee from this branch help a mother by carrying her child in a baby carrier after their session was done. Carry her child all the way to where he put the baby in car!!! C'mom if that is not service with respect, I don't know where else you can get that type of customer service!! Much respect to the crew of this Chase Bank!!!!

actually my review should be both. 5 stars & no stars! 5 stars for how well the bank officer David Acosta handled my issue! He is excellent in customer service! I commend David Acosta at the Ball rd Chase Bank branch. He not only called chase customer and was put on hold for hrs, David also made a follow up call with other dept to give me the paper or proof of my transaction. Davids personalized service turned my worst experience with Chase customer service into a positive one. He emphatized with me as a client. He dealt with my issue professionally! He is so good at what he does! Go look for David Acosta at ball rd Chase if you wanna have your issue resolved.

Bad experience! I came to get a change of address and see about opening a share account and there was a guy there saying he had to schedule an appointment before to hold on we waited for more than 25 mins. So unprofessional. Don't waste your time coming here. Instead go to another chase branch.

I came to this branch after calling multiple Chase branches in the area to inquire about the bank's notary service and Lady was the only notary public who consistently picked up the phone. Lady was professional and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Ive had a bank account at chase for like 10 years. And had my checks direct deposited there and always done everything I could through them. I was away from home today and stopped in to get some checks which is a 2 dollar fee and I didn't have any cash on me or in the account and they would not wave a 2 dollar fee for me. When they can clearly see I deposit my checks in that account every week. And have been a customer for 10 years. That is bullshit. So much for a helpful bank. I guess a customer isn't worth 2 dollars

Yesterday friday the transfer system was down, today it was up and running however there are only 1 teller and 1 banker and tgere is currently 9 customers waiting to be served. The wait time is ridiculous, its already been 30 mins now.
