Made appointment for setting up a joint checking account with Bernadette Pham but she keeps calling regarding the appointment. She called too many times to adjust the time for appointment which is more beneficial to her time versus my time. Not happy at all the way I was treated on the telephone. Her tone of voice was also rude and not respectful! This interaction doesn’t give me confidence for this bank.It should be renamed to the Chasing customers away Bank!

I called the branch to arrange an appointment to open an account for my disabled daughter. I spoke with someone asking them if I needed and appointment or if we could just walk in. She said walk ins were allowed but hit and miss as to timing. I asked "when can we get an appointment," she said to hang on so she could check the schedule. A few minutes later a woman picked up while still speaking to someone else, then asked "how can I help you." I said I'd been speaking to someone and had asked when could we get an appointment. She said "when do you want an appointment." I said, "when is the soonest appointment." In a very condescending tone she said, " that is a different question than when can I get an appointment." I was just flabbergasted by her rudeness. Needless to say, I told her she'd just lost my business and hung up. I know people who like Chase and have good experiences with the bank as a whole, but the reviews here are very accurate about this specific branch. It's was hard to believe it was as bad a people stated, but believe the reviews. This branch is awful!

I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with the travel agency. I called in because my reward points had mysteriously disappeared, and I was greeted by Jaz, the travel agent. I explained that I had called just seconds ago about not booking any hotels and received no assistance. In fact, they abruptly hung up on me without any intention of calling back.Jaz then redirected me to Mary, who was supposedly the second specialist. Unfortunately, Mary appeared equally disinterested in resolving my issue. This entire encounter has left me feeling incredibly frustrated.I strongly advise anyone considering banking with Chase to think twice and explore alternatives. My recent experiences with Chase have been nothing short of disappointing. It’s become clear that this bank doesn’t prioritize customer satisfaction.

Horrible experience with an Indian accented woman on the phone. She kept stating over and over again she can’t help when she didn’t even know the entire situation and kept talking over me. She is so not fit to be a personal banker. She is rude and doesn’t understand what proper customer service entails. Very insensitive and cold natured. She is highly pessimistic and couldn’t even say “maybe we can figure this out” or “come in, we would be glad to help you” or “I’ll try but there is no guarantee.” She just said over and over that she nor another personal banker could look into my account. Ummm yes you could lol … you could look into my checking and terms upon opening my account and what bonus I may be eligible for, my account is chase. And chase 1800 number referred me to a personal banker at a branch! And told me to provide the pictures I had and proof and she kept saying I couldn’t verify that with picture. Yes you could! There’s always exception chase said over the phone that the branch could do. She didn’t know that evidently. I just sounds to me like she doesn’t like helping people achieve exceptional experiences being banked by chase. I’m going back to Bank of America after this phone call. She clearly is not a good person and not a good representation of this branch. I would listen to her phone calls and you will definitely find terms for termination.

After reading the other reviews about Bernadette Pham I don't feel bad. I had a phone appt with her at 1pm she finally called at almost 5pm and blamed me saying she was calling my primary number (which one she hadn't been because my dad and mom were home all day and the phone never once rang but that's besides the point). I had made this point and marked call my cell phone and included that in the note so not my fault she didn't read. Then she said she couldn't close and transfer my CD on the phone unless she could knew my voice, so she could verify who I was (I mean seriously 1 the letter from chase bank said I could do it in person or on the phone so that's BS and 2 bo bank is going to say well we will close the account if we know the persons voice that is not how you verify someone that's just stupid). Then when I said I wanted to talk to the manager she said they weren't there, then said they were in a meeting, so I said I would wait to which she said it would more then an hour then she said the manager was on the phone, and she didn't know how long it would be. I called her out on that lie and said she was pulling things out of her butt because yes I was mad and I'm recovering from surgery and didn't want to deal with someone so stupid when it comes to my money. We are looking at new banks to close our account. Sucks been with chase for almost 25 years but their bankers have truly gone down hill and I'm not one to take being treated poorly well.

Just went in to open bank account. Currently they handle my Mortgage (sold to them) and other CC’s. Waited to finally be greeted. Appears there were 3 employees but told can’t open a new account without an appointment and they are booked (well the one person who handles new accounts is booked anyway). Wow… first bank I walked into that didn’t want my money. Luckily, this location is surrounded by banks who do want your business.

Visited the branch to open a new checking account which took over one hour even after I had an appointment. Bank clerk, Bernadette Pham, filled out the computer form incorrectly and other staff came to het to teach how to fill out the form correctly and also asked non-relevant questions such as which college, major, any scholarship, father's occupation. Next day she called me and come back to sign the w9 form if she fails to scan SSN card, otherwise the account will be restricted. It is not positive experience at all. Chase bank is good but some clerks are bad. They kick customers out of the bank. Go BankofAmerica!

Horrible customer service by the Branch Manager. When I went in to change my name on my credit cards, she said I had to do it on the app. Why? I'm in the branch! After I said I didn't want to go on the app, she proceeded to tell me that she has never changed her name on her credit cards. Why have workers work in a branch if all they're going to tell the customers is to go on the app? This is my second unfortunate encounter with this Manager.

Apparently they no longer answer the phone during normal business hours... Just goes right in line with the deteriorating services of JP Morgan Bank... I'll bet the old man rolls in his grave nightly!
