We had two separate issues ( that cost the company time and money) however they were more concerned about us the customer than their bottom line. “I popped into Michael's' Carpets a few months ago because I was interested in LVP. for the entire house. I was really surprised at the great selection. I chose Republic Sierra-Boggs to lighten up my home. From start to finish- the process was easy and quick. This is a family owned company and a well oiled machine. They know their stuff- I was able to get a quick estimate followed by a visit. Brandon was very helpful in selecting the right color. I explained what I was looking for and he found it right away. (I had been looking for weeks) Mauricio and his amazing team showed up promptly Monday morning at 8:30 ready to go. Removing Terracotta tile is not easy and very messy but they made it seem simple and it went flawlessly. If I could give Michael's and Mauricio 10 stars I would. No pressure sales, excellent competitive pricing, good communication and an amazing installation team. Thanks for making this so much easier than I thought it would be. I love my new floors! Trust has a professional installation team if you want them to recommend floor, Cabenit, counter top, etc. Prices are very reasonable but the workers are very professional, enthusiastic and thorough. I know it's not easy to find a reputable Vietnamese Business, but I really like the way Bao and Business work so I want to write it up here so everyone can have more reputable options. Lacey's service was excellent: the estimate was given within two business days from our first contacting them; the price was very reasonable and the installers arrived on time and finished on time. They worked hard and were considerate. I received a check-back call within an hour of their finishing the installation to confirm whether I had further needs, which I did not. Working with Lacey's was terrific.”
