Service very good was offered help many times. I like the variety there and yes it is pricy but you get what you pay for.

The online experience was great, product offerings & ease of use of the website is great & far beyond store supplies. However, I've been to the Los Alamitos location a few times before & for this order once to see if boots were in stock & then at in store pick up, every time the staff were incredibly rude, had bad attitudes and in general were miserable to engage with if you could get them to engage. The energy is WHAT and a sigh, completely ignore you or they are bothered having to assist people. It's a real negative vibe & I won't ever enter that location again. The Orange & San Dimas locations are great alternatives if mean girls are not your thing. You are spending a lot of money, go out of your way to have a better experience.

We arrived @6:20pm & when we walked in the owner said the store was closed due to “moving things around” when the store is suppose to close @8pm, that should wait for after business hours or before not during & kicking out buying customers

Really disappointed in selection and service. Have shopped here before without issues, however today was a different story because I actually needed help. Have gone up in size due to medical issues and was looking for a few new things. Maybe found 1 or 2 tops that came in a true XL. Impossible to find jeans over a 10/12, and when asking the employees if they could check for a 14, was told "everything we have is out, try it they stretch". They wouldn't even leave their post behind the counter to attempt to help. Just an all around bad experience.

This place has a ton of shirts and jeans for big people. I always have trouble finding nice xl shirts or bigger size jeans. I've always found something that fits me here. They also have a ton of boots

Gosh I hate how this is the only convenient nearby boot barn. They are def on the smaller side. I bought some square toes a few days ago and I asked if I can get a complimentary conditioner on them. Lady on the phone said no. Meanwhile, I went to Boot Barn in Torrance to accompany a friend who bought boots there. They offered a free polish on some scuffed boots without even having to be asked. Customer service here is subpar. Inventory is not as extensive either. Only 2 stars worth.
