“Brought my car in for a flat tire. They told me that they were going to replace it, and charged me for a new tire, which I agreed to. A little later, they called me and let me know that I had a screw that had punctured my tire and that they could patch it without charge (I had bought the tires from them originally). This was a valuable act of honesty, as I had already consented to buying a new tire and they could have mounted it without notifying me about the puncture at all and made a profit. In my experience, honesty is hard to find in the automotive repair business, and this was an act that I will remember. Additionally, they are prompt with repairs, reasonably priced, and professional in all of my interactions with them. I am a very satisfied customer of Coastline auto, and recommend them without hesitation.”

“I got a flat tire on my way to work and needed a towing truck and they were send to me by someone else but they came within 15min. I met Hugo who helped me tow my car to a tire shop not only did he do that but also towed me to different tire when we found out they had moved. He also was very kind to help me push my fender out when it was pushed in by my tire and even wiped off the tire mark. Very honest man and very kind, will recommend him to all friends and family that may need a tow truck in the sure 10/10 service for sure!!”
