“I've been coming here for years. Yvette was doing home loans. I was told she recently left to another location. Yvette is beyond thorough and is very knowledgeable with loans. She has tons of experience. I like the tellers here even though there's a line, at times. I've been to the U.S. bank across from the Cerritos mall. What a difference! They are super rude and unhelpful over there. The friendly staff here keeps me coming back.”
