So grateful to have found Bryan! After years of working with a mediocre accountant, we really saw the difference in working with someone as competent and professional as Bryan. He was thorough, patient and attentive to our specific needs. He took the time to educate us and guide us on how to better prepare going forward. He just went above and beyond in every way. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Bryan Ellinger for our 2022 tax filing, and I couldn't be happier with the service he provided. From start to finish, Bryan was knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to our needs.I appreciated how communicative and patient Bryan was in explaining everything to us. I honestly can't say enough about how great my tax guy Bryan Ellinger is. I switched over to him in 2019 and have had nothing but the best service since switching over. He is very kind and understanding along with being the smartest in the business. I would refer anyone and everyone to use Bryan and please contact me as I would tell you all about my great experience. I can't say enough great things about my Tax guy, Bryan E. and the whole staff here at Alamitos Tax Services. I came to Bryan, referred to, from a friend and now, I find myself doing the referring because Bryan and the team have helped me not only prioritize my filings, but use the every appropriate write off in my business. To say that he's saved me money, is an understatement. Especially when I had left a few years back to try other "referrals"..! It's not even close as to what Bryan was not only willing to do, but willing to explain to us what we were able to use in our filings for my business, every step of the way.. That's how you retain business and I am sorry that I left. It's like they say, "you get what you pay for".. And although I saved a few bucks by trying other services, it ended up costing me even more in the long run. So Lesson Learned..!! Bryan was also able to help me in a tax blunder from a year before and get me a refund by finding mistakes within my previous filings. Something he didn't have to do, but by asking some questions, realized something wasn't ADDING UP..! Lol.. So he found the problem, fixed it and got me some money back after I had already accepted defeat and ponied up the money and paid. Thank you to everyone at the Alamitos Tax Services office.. From setting up appointments to even getting any additional information, they make it happen. You know I'll be back. See you next year..! John A.

I would not use Alamitos Tax Services unless you want your taxes completely mismanaged and to lose out on a significant amount of money that should be yours. Bryan and his team proved to be completely incompetent in handling my taxes which led to me losing out on over $5,000. He did not follow clear and specific directions I gave him to handle my taxes even though he agreed to the follow the directions and that they were the best course to take. They also had me pay state fees to California that I did not owe. Bryan blamed it on someone at his office acting rogue in filing my returns way before they were suppose to and showed a complete lack of knowledge in how California applies fees and taxes to LLCs and Corps. Even though Bryan and his team messed up multiple times in handling my tax returns and cost me over $5,000, they wholeheartedly showed no remorse or accountability for their errant actions. They did not even say sorry or offer some sort of compensation to make the situation better (e.g., reducing tax prep fees) when acknowledging they had made mistakes. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Alamitos Tax Services!

I can't say enough great things about Bryan. He's been doing my taxes the last few years. I hate doing taxes, finances... basically math, and Bryan helps alleviate all of that stress. Not only is he kind and patient, he helps teach and educate on taxes and future saving opportunities, as well. I've referred 3 people to Bryan and will continue to do more.

We've been a client of Bryan's for a few years. He's extremely knowledgeable and gives very through and detailed explanations to any question or concern you have. When we first went to him, he had to "fix" our previous accountant's errors. Bryan's customer service is top notch! He responds quickly and is available throughout the year for general questions-not only during tax season. Thanks again, Bryan for always having our best interest.
