I dropped into this location to set up my son with a checking account. The teller said she had to check with the banker on site that day to see if she was available. Mind you, the banker is sitting at her desk less than 6 feet away from me without a customer. The banker proceeds to tell the teller that I would have to set an appointment. Again, the banker clearly knows that I am standing a short distance away from her, but she chooses not to address me. It was weird to say the least. In my mind, the banker could have easily looked to me and said she had a previously arranged appointment and that she would gladly be able to help me at a later time. Instead, the entire exchange was off-putting and clearly displayed a lack of customer service.

I own a local business in the area. Time is always very important to me as it probably is to everyone. This branch is extremely helpful and efficient. Nichelle is the branch manager and extremely helpful getting involved in situations that need her attention. I'm very appreciative of her and her team and have a very much enjoyed working with Wells Fargo over the last four years.

My fiancè Annie and I came into withdraw a cash for a landscaping project and had a downright delightful experience with a teller named Lisa (Fang may have been her last name, as it was printed on the receipt?) She was so friendly, polite and helpful throughout the entire process. It has been awhile since we haven't just used online/atm features to do our banking and today made us realize sometimes running into the bank can be an awesome experience. So thank you Lisa and the rest of the staff at this location for excelling at your job especially during these trying times :)

I am a resident of Loomis and own several pieces of property in this town. Wells Fargo has continually been a disappointment. With their attitude and arrogance and lack of knowledge is just amazing to me that they even have a branch in this town. They are a corrupt dishonest bank and I wish they would close the branch in Loomis. we deserve better. I switched to u.s. bank hopefully I'll have a better experience with them

I have a hard time saying anything negative about a business in Loomis. Unfortunately we have had too many issues with this branch and this was just the final straw for me. First I will say I did not have an appt. I just sat in there for almost an hour while the branch manager sat there talking with a gentleman about everything EXCEPT the wire transfer he was doing. No one else could help us. This was after waiting for 20 min while they finished up notes from an interview. I totally understand spending time with each customer but 40 min of not working on the wire transfer and just hanging out is excessive. There were no other customers in the bank and the other representatives were unable to help us. We ended up having to leave and will be going to another branch.

I know the, "Big Banks" can have a reputation, of being to big to notice the individual needs of their customers, but the Wells Fargo location, on Taylor Rd. In Loomis, CA Is different! Everyone is quick to greet me by name. They make me feel remembered and important. On my latest visit today, I sat down with Personal Banker, Alexis Barbee. We have built up a rapport over the past year, and has always made me feel important. Today, we walked through some corporate account banking options. She made it super simple, and was very efficient with my time. If your a Wells Fargo customer, and your in Loomis surrounding area, and need some account help, ask for Alexis!

I had a great expirence at this branch, Johnathan Green, along with the frontstaff was both helpful and kind, even with my very limited expirence with banking. They all seem to go out of their way. Best branch around.

Everytime I bring in a check it becomes a nightmare. Paychecks. Not personal checks or anything else. Paychecks. My whole lunch wasted. Now I'm hungry and disappointed.
