I am deeply disappointed by the discriminatory treatment my family and I received during our visit to the postal office for passport renewal. We initially left and returned as instructed, having been told that we needed to complete a form and bring both parents of the child. Upon our return, we arrived within the designated service hours of 10 am to 3 pm and completed all necessary paperwork as instructed. However, despite our compliance, we were subjected to blatant racism. When it was our turn, we were disregarded in favor of white customers who arrived later and had not finished their paperwork. Despite bringing this to the attention of the employee, Daniel, he prioritized the white customers and even made threatening remarks about closing the area. This experience left us feeling marginalized and disrespected. Discrimination has no place in any establishment, and I urge the postal office to address this issue promptly to ensure that all customers are treated fairly and equally, regardless of their race.

They people here cannot get addresses correct. The many times we have had to take mail to other places because their carrier just stuffs things into the boxes.Plus, leaving the boxes open is a common occurrence and has reported numerous times but they just make excuses for the carrier. "They are new to the route" i guess makes up for this?

Doing a passport during walk in hours puts you in the back of the line, be warned. Even though everyone doing mail is a walk-in you will be the last priority.

We had a terrible experience with the supervisor. Such rude and disgusting service as provided by the supervisor of this office, I have never met anywhere. She picked on everything she could for no reason and at the same time she was very rude. I think she should be fired for this behavior.

So thankful my friend told me to go here to get my passport. They took me in as a walk-in and took care of me. I didn't have to wait in a long line, nor did I have to line up 5 hours before they open like the citrus height post office said I needed to do. Thank you!

I came here on a random day for my family passports. Liz and the staffs are super nice and accommodating. She help all 5 of us on a day that they don’t take walk in. I’m so thankful for that cuz I have to pulled my kid out of school . Thank you so much for helping us.!!!!!
