Tracker has let their quality slip and does as much as they can to avoid honoring their warranties. I know that this is a huge problem for the company because my daughter works for a dealer and getting warranty authorizations approved is part of her job.

Awesome place my big play an shop ground i spend hour's in here i swear i do an great staff you can find what ever ya need here. The staff is very knowledgeable fast friendly service an answer all your questions... Love this place an i highly recommend it.. If you never been here get here ya never will leave..

we ordered a boat from the Rocklin, California Bass Pro Shop on March 17th....21 phone calls.....ony one return call. Told the boat was on the way. Told the boat hadn't shipped but was "ready to load" for over a month. Ultimately was told they loaded the boat backward (really??? don't you do this for a living) was damaged beyond repair and returned.............no one called......no one apologized.......no one tried to make things right. Cancelled our boat order, no confidence in Bass Pro Shop or Tracker Boats. For a 10-15 year investment, no way I I would buy from a company who can't even make things right at the starting gate...........go elsewhere, we did!

It was like Toys "R" Us for adults. You can climb over everything. I didn't think I was gonna pull my husband out of there.
